Newly renovated, ultra-modern apartment right on the beach, fantastic sea views

The PRESIDENT building has been a very popular and well-kept private home for years and is largely used only as a holiday home by predominantly German and English owners. It is located directly on the beach promenade, approximately in the middle of the 2 km long beach of Cala Millor. The house has a pool and a sun terrace, which can be used exclusively by the residents of the house. The apartment is on the 3rd Floor right at the front, directly to the sea, with a kilometer-wide view over the entire bay. 2 lifts available. Parking spaces in front of the house.
The living area is 70 m2 plus a terrace of 15 m2 terrace in front of the living room and two bedrooms, directly to the sea, with fantastic, unobstructed views of the coast in both directions! Sun all morning. 3 awnings provide shade. Tables, chairs and deck chairs available.
The apartment was renovated very elaborately. By removing an original third bedroom and other walls, a spacious living / dining area with an integrated open kitchen was created.
Since 2019, the apartment has been licensed by the tourism authority for vacation rental, for an occupancy of 3 people.
The furnishings are extremely high quality and absolutely modern!
Walls, floors and bathrooms are all in white, and windows in all rooms give the apartment plenty of light. The decor is in modern white, black and red tones, with white lacquer furniture. Indirect lighting in the kitchen and bedrooms creates a very special ambience. Free WiFi (private and protected network).
Kitchen: State-of-the-art fitted kitchen with white lacquered fronts and red silestone worktop. Glass ceramic induction hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. 300 liter fridge with separate freezer drawers. All dishes and cooking accessories.
Spacious living / dining room with large glass table and enough space for 6 people, satellite TV with 37 'LED flat screen. Air conditioning hot / cold (fee 6.00 € / night)

Gutes Rundum-Paket

Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermittler und der Check-In lief einwandfrei. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist TOP, direkt am Meer, besser geht es nicht. Die Unterkunft bietet soweit alles was man benötigt, inkl.Wasch- u.Geschirrspülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Balkon&Markise, (Deutsches)SAT TV. Einzig die Couch war leider (bei etwas längerer Sitzdauer) etwas unangenehm hart (machte den Anschein dass unter der Sitzfläche einfach nur ein Brett verlegt war)was sich nach Sichtprüfung auch bestätigte, und machte auch optisch nicht mehr einen zu 100%igen einwandfreien Eindruck. Der länglichere Teil hingegen war zumindest am Sitzflächen-Anfang ziemlich durchgesessen bzw.man ist regelrecht darin versunken. Dies hatte ich, auch zu unser eigenen Entlastung allein schon, auch dem Vermittler mitgeteilt, allerdings hieß es hierauf nur, dass die Couch zu 100% in Ordnung und auch bequem sei. Dies fand ich etwas seltsam, so war der Gesamteindruck der Couch jedoch unserer persönlicher, subjektiver Eindruck. Alles in allem war es jedoch ein schöner Urlaub, den ich nicht missen möchte.

fast alles gut...

wirklich super Apartement. Leider ist das mit dem Lärm nachts wirklich etwas anstrengend, wes halb wir bei der Bewertung etwas abziehen und wir auch nicht zurückkommen werden. Es ist zu empfehlen die Klimaanlage zu buchen und das Fenster nachts geschlossen zu halten. Es sind praktisch jede Nacht Rauschmänner unterwegs, sind wohl einzelne, aber die stören wirklich. Leider, ansonsten absolutes Top Apartement. Spülung beim einen WC sollte man noch überprüfen. Viele Grüsse Familie Rutschi

Toll geschnittenes Apartment zentral am Strand

Das Apartment liegt unmittelbar am Strand von Cala Millor. Es ist sehr gut geschnitten da man aus ehemals drei Schlafzimmern jetzt zwei Schlafzimmer mit einer offenen Küche gemacht hat. Es liegt in einem ruhigen Apartment Haus was überwiegend von Eigentümern genutzt wird. Lediglich ein in der Nähe liegendes Café mit täglicher Livemusik und betrunkene Jugendliche im nahe liegenden Parkkreise drüben den Gesamteindruck ein wenig.

Besser geht es nicht.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der schönen Strandpromenade von Cala Millor. Die Aussicht vom großen Balkon auf den kilometerlangen Sandstrand ist nicht zu toppen. Leider blieb uns ein Badetag am Swimmingpool oder am Strand aufgrund des kühlen Aprilwetters verwehrt. Restaurants und Cafés sind alle zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Empfehlenswert das griechische Lokal Olymp, direkt nebenan. Die Inneneinrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und hat uns in der Corona Zeit das abendliche Essen in der Wohnung problemlos ermöglicht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Sauberkeit lässt einen ziemlich schnell in dieser Wohnung "zuhause ankommen". Vielen Dank an Herrn Klett für den freundlichen Empfang und die ständige Erreichbarkeit während unseres Aufenthalts. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Lovely appartment

We enjoyed the lovely appartment but the pool was a bit disappointing. There were no sunlongers for us to use. The appartment is in a residential block . We didnt like this as residents were not friendly.

Superb, clean, modern apartment with fantastic views of the bay.

Everything worked out well, the agent was very helpful and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The toaster wouldn't work but was replaced within a day of telling the agent. The TV had limited English channels but not a big problem.

Fint och fräscht. Bra pool och affär i samma hus. Härlig sandstrand med snorklingsmöjlighet vid stenbottenpartier. Mycket livemusik på kvällar/ nätter.

Top Wohnung, Top Lage

Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte trotz später Anreise reibungslos. Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern in der Beschreibung. Die Küche ist Top eingerichtet. Sogar eine Nespresso Maschine war vorhanden. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf Strand und Meer ist fantastisch. Man kann einmalige Mondaufgänge über dem Meer beobachten. Der Spar Supermarkt direkt nebenan ist bis 24:00 Uhr geöffnet und bietet alles was man kurzfristig benötigt. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter für die Willkommens Geschenke. Der Abend und das Frühstück waren gerettet.

Wir haben vier Monate in dieser traumhaften Wohnung verbracht. Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Ausblick, Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter: alles top! Wir (Ehepaar, 65 Jahre) waren mehr als begeistert und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Erwartungen übertroffen.

Das Appartment entsprach exakt der Online-Beschreibung. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Schlüsselübergabe - alles bestens. Hier waren wir im Vorfeld etwas skeptisch, da wir erstmals eine Privatunterkunft in Spanien online gebucht hatten. Da wir klasse Wetter hatten (27°, wolkenlos) haben wir im Prinzip die Woche am Strand verbracht und die Unabhängigkeit genossen,die das Anmieten einer solchen Wohnung mit sich bringt. Klasse Meerblick,ein paar Meter bis zum Strand, mehr brauchten wir nicht für entspannte Tage. Gerne wieder ! Rainer D.
