Relaxing vacation on the hills of Chianti, view of Florence, 35 minutes away

Our one-room apartment is a room with two beds (which can also be put together), with kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The space 24m2,, but in summer
you have the living room in front of your door with recliners and table and chairs and
right next to it is our wonderful pool and barbecue.
Ideal for singles or homeworkers, good wifi, if you travel with a little dog, you can bring it but please let me know before--for long stayers there will be more discount

Podere Consalvo is a typical Tuscan country house. Surrounded by the rolling hills of Chianti Classico, which is about 4 hectares of land the Consalvo family is with her characteristic guest house in the Tuscan countryside. It is just a whole 15 km from Florence. Thanks to the happy position (265 m above the sea level) it know on a very pleasant climate and opens generously to the surrounding vineyards and olive groves out. It offers our guests a beautiful and unspoilt countryside, the requirement to offer our guests a comfortable and relaxing holiday. It is produced organic olive oil. A spacious garden with olive and fruit trees and a vegetable garden are at guests' disposal. A panoramic view to Florence with the Cathedral dome is at your feet. The property is surrounded by a hedge and has a large covered parking. The new swimming pool also offers on hot days the desired refreshment.


Countryside: You have the option to pick their vegetables from the garden according to the season. In addition, according to request the owner will offer an afternoon program where they show you San Casciano with his sight. More offers depending on the season, will be waiting for you.

Depending on your interests provides the possession clean 'cooking together' and invites you to the cold-pressed organic olive oil and fresh vegetables from the garden to get a taste of Tuscan cuisine. Homemade Tagliatelle with free shear tomato sauce is always on the Programmm.

Important: This monolocal is not suitable for children - reason the swimming pool is right next to it --- for safety reasons ....

Just had a fantastic chilled out week.Such a large pool almost always to ourselves.San caciano is a country walk of between 30-40 minutes through vineyards.Liz and Mateo are very friendly and always offer advice on where to visit.

Highlight of our Europe trip

If you are looking for a quiet and charming place to stay in Tuscany, this is it. Not far from Florence by car and very close to Chianti are this place is ideal. Lovely one room cottage we rented with a kitchen and bathroom. Wonderful outdoor areas to sit or walk around. Also it’s a short walk or dive to San casciano for groceries or places to eat. Elisabeth was a gracious host and tried very much to accommodate our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect hide away

The humble studio is very charming and perfect for singles or couples that like a quiet and peaceful Holiday. The cabin is small but practical and has everything you need. The garden is spacious and beautiful, with a fantastic view on the hills and we always had a nice breeze and shade in front of door. The pool is large and clean and the Landlady was very friendly and helpful at all times. The location is fantastic, ideal if you want explore Tuscany by car and also great if you just like to rest, read, cook nice Italian food and enjoy the sun. The village of San Casaciano can be reached by foot and is really charming as well. Would love to return one day to this charming hideaway!

Der Aufenthalt in San Casciano war richtig schön. Das Örtchen ist super um Abends auf einen Aperitivo oder Abendessen hinzuschlendern, wir waren fast jeden Abend da. Die Unterkunft war ein schönes kleines Häuschen mit Allem was man benötigt. Elisabeth war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und hat uns unterstützt und Tipps gegeben. Wir machten auf Ihren Hinweis hin eine Radtour und ein Weintasting, Beides haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Elisabeth war einfach und ging immer flott. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Ein traumhaftes fleckchen Erde zum erholen. Elisabeth war sehr freundlich und hat uns tolle Tips gegeben, wo man gut Essen kann oder wo man ne tolle Zeit verbringen kann. Das kl. Häuschen und der Pool waren phantastisch. Wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann mal wieder. Nur zu empfehlen

Idyllisch, ein Traum für ein verliebtes Pärchen

Sehr schöne Lage und gut gelegen, um die Toskana zu entdecken. Traumhafter Pool mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die umliegenden Hügel. Für uns waren besonders interessiert die kleineren Städtchen wie Greve oder Radda. Empfehlen können wir auch einen Ausflug nach Pisa, mit anschließender Shoppingtour in den kleinen, individuellen Lädchen von Lucca. Sehr nette und immer hilfsbereite, deutsch, italienisch und englisch sprechende Vermieter, die auch viel zur Toskana erzählen. Tipp!

Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit im Olivenhain

Nach dem Motto Klein aber Mein hatten wir eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Inclusive Pool alles da , was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Dank vieler nützlicher Tipps unserer sehr netten Vermieterin konnten wir tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten Italiens entdecken und genießen. Fazit: wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Eine sehr angenehme Ferienwohnung

Wir wohnten eine Woche in dieser kleinen Ferienwohnung in einem sehr ruhigen Grundstück. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Sehr angenehm war ein größerer Pool unmittelbar neben der Wohnung und die wertvollen Tipps der Vermieterin. Ein vorzüglicher Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Florenz und die weitere und nähere Umgebung in der Toskana.

Klein aber fein

Eine traumhaft schöne Urlaubswoche im Chianti Gebiet liegt hinter uns. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl im Podere Consalvo. Das kleine Häuschen war gar nicht soo klein, es ist alles da was man braucht. Besonders schön war der Pool direkt neben dem Haus den wir wegen der sehr hohen Temperaturen auch häufig nutzten. Von unserer Gastgeberin kamen tolle Tipps bezüglich Veranstaltungen, Restaurants und Ausflugszielen und vieles mehr. Die Lage war ideal für Ausflüge. Zum Frühstück gab es leckere Tomaten aus dem Garten und auch mal ein Frühstücksei frisch aus dem Hühnerstall. Kurz gesagt: herzlicher Empfang, tolle Lage, nettes kleines Häuschen, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, großer Pool, schattiges Plätzchen direkt vor dem Haus - es war ein Traum Vielen Dank an Familie Consalvo

Erholung pur!

Das gemütliche, kleine Monolokal ist einfach ausgestattet, hat jedoch alles was man braucht. Das kleine Häuschen ist wunderbar direkt am Pool gelegen und bietet die ideale Umgebung zum Erholen. Frisches Gemüse & Kräuter vom Garten konnten wir gratis beziehen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können einen Aufenthalt wärmstens weiter empfehlen!

From a purely logistical perspective, our domicile is very favorable. Only half an hour from
Florence. You have the possibility to take the bus to Florence.
On foot you can discover our small town of San Casciano --- 1.5 km, so you can stop for a sip of wine through the vineyards in the evening.
