You will be able able to sleep, feed and entertain from a couple on a getaway up to a group of 12 at a very affordable price... Hot Tub, 6 person, private, in a completely climate controlled room... A covered gazebo complete with furniture and a charcoal grill right outside the front door, so you can have a lovely time.

Comfortable and Convenient

A great stay! Loved the hot tub in the apartment. A great washer and dryer. The two bunk beds in the second room was so helpful 😁 and we all really appreciated having a TV in each room and all the appliances in the kitchen. A wonderful stay!

Great Place to Relax

Lots of beds and seating areas! Hot tub was great! Had nice essentials for a quick getaway with the girlfriends. Totally recommend it! Host was super helpful and communicative.

Very clean and spacious apartment with indoor hot tub!

Bruce is an excellent and responsive host! VERY clean apartment with anything and everything you could want and need! The indoor hot tub was a HUGE bonus and very needed on our pit stop back to Texas. Thanks again Bruce!

The Apartment my Family & I stayed at was very clean. Our contact with the owner Bruce was pleasant, very nice and friendly gentleman. The downside of this stay, was that the area it is located in , it’s considered a very bad part of Albuquerque.

We loved it! Very clean as a property manager myself I was very impressed! We will definitely rent this place again very quite neighborhood had lots of room for everyone! Close to restaurants and the amusement/water park also not a bad drive to cotton wood mall! We enjoyed every minute Bruce is Awesome!

"Bruce the coolest guy ever"

My friends and I had an excellent time at this property, because the host Bruce is wonderful. He is communicative, flexible, and kind. My friends and I deemed him, "Bruce the Coolest Guy Ever," upon meeting him. And the property was perfect for a vacation weekend! He left food in the cupboards, blankets in the closets, and a spotless apartment. And don't be fooled by the fact that it is an apartment- it is well furnished and large enough to comfortably fit quite a few people. Also, the central location was perfect for exploring the city. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to have a good time in Albuquerque. We hope we can come back for another weekend eventually! Thank you, Bruce! -Leola and everyone else
