Welcome to this large 17th-century stone house, fully restored and ideal for hosting families or groups of friends. With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, the property offers all the comfort you need in a peaceful setting, nestled in a wooded park spanning several hectares on the edge of the forest.

Outdoor Spaces & Relaxation

The private, secluded and fully secured swimming pool becomes a tranquil blue haven where you can relax in complete privacy.
An outdoor kitchen with bar, barbecue, and sunny terrace invites you to enjoy convivial meals in the open air.

Lovely relaxing holiday house

Our family (10 of us) loved our stay. The house was really well equipped and such an interesting building. There were lots of places to sit and relax whilst the kids could play games or swim. The night skies are magic to gaze at from the terrace. Lots of historical places to visit too.

Unbelievable house in south of France

We were blown away by this property. It was even more beautiful and larger than the photos capture. All of the amenities work perfectly and add to the fun - we loved the outdoor kitchen and dining, the pool including lounge chairs, the tennis court including balls and racquets as well as many other games! The hosts were kind and helped show us around at the start of our trip. The location is also amazing as you can walk right out the door into national park hiking routes. The perfect place to go away with a big group of friends or family and amazing value for money. Thank you to Aaditya and family for having us.

Les espaces spacieux permettent à chacun de profiter de moments précieux ensemble ou selon son rythme.La maison se prête parfaitement à l’accueil d’un grand groupe multigénérationnel, avec des pièces de vie communes conviviales et des chambres offrant à chacun un vrai espace d’intimité.Bien située, la propriété offre de nombreuses opportunités touristiques aux alentours.La propriété ne manque pas d’atouts : piscine, terrain de tennis, pétanque, …Le propriétaire a été très accueillant, disponible, et de bons conseils. Un immense merci également pour l’expérience avec les chevaux.Un lieu que nous recommandons sans hésiter pour organiser une cousinade réussie, alliant convivialité et confort pour tous les âges.

Un excellent séjour !La cuisine ouverte est très agréable, tout comme la piscine. Un vrai plus : la cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée en électroménager, et la présence de la machine Nespresso était une très belle surprise (non mentionnée dans l'annonce) ! On a aussi beaucoup apprécié la cave à vin proposant des bouteilles locales à des prix très raisonnables.Petits points d'amélioration : la connexion internet est assez capricieuse (seule la 3G est disponible) et la climatisation dans les quatre chambres sous les toits serait un vrai plus pour le confort en été.

Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour. Tennis, basket ball, pétanque,beach volley, balançoire, piscine, fléchettes et billard, l'idéal pour partager de bons moments. La gentillesse de notre hôte, la fonctionnalité de la maison et le calme du lieu ne peuvent que nous inviter à revenir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille !À 12 personnes, chacun avait son espace avec sa chambre et sa salle de bain, un vrai confort.La maison en pierre est pleine de charme, le cadre est magnifique et très reposant. La cuisine extérieure avec son grand bar est idéale pour partager des moments conviviaux. La piscine est grande les enfants en ont bien profité. Les activités sur place (pétanque, tennis…) sont un vrai plus. Un grand merci à l’hôte, très réactif, arrangeant et agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour notre prochaine réunion de famille !

Séjour inoubliable dans ce lieu qui pouvait recevoir tous nos enfants, petits-enfant et parents. L’hébergement est fonctionnel dans un cadre ardéchois d’une maison en pierre, chacun y trouvant sa place, son espace. Les aménagements sont nombreux : cuisine d’été, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, four, micro-ondes, cafetière, robot ménager … Les loisirs n’ont pas de limite : piscine, terrain de tennis, jeu de fléchettes, billard. L’accueil en plus a été chaleureux … bref un séjour inoubliable que nous recommandons pour ceux qui veulent se retrouver à plusieurs et profiter de la région. Merci beaucoup. Nous n’avons qu’une envie c’est de revenir.

De grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs à quelques minutes d'un petit village surmonté d'un château.. Accueil parfait, chambres spacieuses et coquettes toutes avec douche et toilettes sauf celle des enfants qui est sur le palier. Nous étions une famille de 11 personnes de 6 à 74 ans et tout le monde a passé un excellent séjour.

Cette grande maison est proche de tous les sites importants de la région et le lieu est facile d’accès très verdoyant, proche de la nature, avec un sentier extraordinaire. Une belle nature, des oiseaux de partout. Des fleurs le long des routes et chemins. Un site magnifique.

Bel hébergement dans un bel endroit

Nous étions huit (nous devions être 10 au départ), et avons apprécié les cinq chambres indépendantes dont trois intégrant salle de bain/WC. Le lieu est superbe, avec des possibilités de promenades étendues, des installations de détente appropriées (piscine, cour de tennis, boulodrome, terrain de beach-volley, ...).Pour les emplacements communs, très belle salle intérieure avec grande cuisine et salle à manger, et salon séparé. A l'extérieur, cuisine et grande table salon d'extérieur agréables (même si la météo n'était pas là). Enfin, à signaler, une salle dédiée au billard!!!Pour ce qui concerne les balades à proximité, le village voisin de Labastide-De-Virac offre la visite d'un superbe château et d'un musée de la soie. Ensuite c'est la basse-Ardéche, avec la grotte Chauvet 2 (à visiter!!!), Vallon Pont d'Arc, les gorges de l'Ardèche, l'aven d'Organc, Balazuc, SainteBeaume, .... le tout dans un rayon de 20 km!Donc, je recommande ce lieu.

Sejour parfait

Nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end. Le gîte est magnifique ainsi que ses équipements. Les enfants ont adoré pratiqué basket, tennis et autres. Et l'ensemble de la famille a pu se retrouver et se reposer dans ce lieu magnifique. Le propriétaire a été très sympa et est resté disponible pendant notre sejour. Nous avons déjà l'intention de passer un autre week-end dans cet espace de tranquillité.
