With two homes in one, complete with a mini waterpark in the backyard, you'll enjoy the ultimate level of privacy and exclusivity. Say goodbye to long lines and crowded resort pools, as our oasis is completely private, with no back neighbors. Relax, fire up the BBQ, and revel in the good life.

Our property offers two fully-equipped kitchens, two spacious living and dining areas, two laundry rooms, and a total of five bedrooms and bathrooms. When traveling in groups, you'll have the space you need while enjoying the added privacy of being able to lock off the units from one another. It's the perfect setup for various arrangements, such as a teenager side/parents side, grandparents side/family side, guys side/girls side, and more.

- Bedroom 1: A large king bedroom off the laundry room, featuring a full-size daybed and twin trundle bed. This room has a private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large screen TV, and a sitting area.

- Bedroom 2: A queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom/shower and TV.

- Bedroom 3: Another queen bedroom with a TV. This bedroom has a private bathroom right next to it, though not directly connected.

-Private living room with a large TV, sliding glass doors to the pool area, kitchen/dining room, and laundry room.

Left Side:

- Bedroom 4: A king bedroom with a private full bath and TV.

- Bedroom 5: A queen bedroom with a TV. The private bathroom is right outside the door.

Our five-bedroom, five-bathroom home with two full-size kitchens is a perfect retreat for groups. The backyard is a paradise featuring a waterslide, waterfalls, and a grotto seating area. With proximity to Lake Havasu and Sara Park, boat parking, and pet-friendly accommodations (maximum of two pets with an additional $100 fee per pet), our property serves as an ideal home base for exploring everything our beautiful city has to offer.

Outside, you'll discover a stunning pool with an amazing waterslide, grotto, and three waterfalls. We also provide a covered dining area and a Weber grill for your enjoyment. The pool can be heated for an additional charge, available only in the fall and spring seasons. Please note that pool heat requires a minimum 48-hour notice before the arrival date, with a three-day minimum stay.
