Perfect Thanksgiving
My family of four would stay here again in a heartbeat. Cindy was super quick in communicating, so gracious and accommodating. The cabin and grounds were spotless. Kitchen was sooo well stocked: I’m talking pastry cutter, rolling pin, measuring cups, dishes galore, tons of serving bowls and utensils, regular coffee pot and Keurig, etc etc. The lake view is lovely in the winter with no leaves on the trees. We had a couple meals outside on the deck - We didn’t find noise from the street at the bottom of the property distracting, and even though you can see a couple houses, never saw a neighbor. Location was great, with so much to do nearby: We hiked on Brasstown Bald and the nearby Jackrabbit Trail, took easy day trips to Blue Ridge and Helen, enjoyed a nice meal at the Brasstown Valley Resort and Spa, did snow tubing and the mountain coaster screamer at Highlands Outpost. We all slept great in the comfy beds. The cabin is decorated with lots of cool artwork, some of which, I learned, was created by Cindy herself. The one over the fireplace is particularly mesmerizing.

Excellent Vacation spot
My family had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Everything was just as described. The place was very clean and had a very homey feel to it. Cindy was wonderful to communicate with. She was very attentive and responded quickly. We will Most definitely be staying here again in the future. We couldn’t be more happy with our week of vacation on the beautiful Lake Chatuge.

First time family trip
We attended a friend wedding with a one year old. I felt a home would be best for a toddler! Cindy was wonderful and helped me with areas to visit places to eat and more! The home is just so sweet and quiet and stays very warm! The main street is close so you can get groceries, starbucks and eat out. My only critique is I was there was something to recline on. With a toddler that's always a plus. Other than that every sofa was very comfy! Thank you for a truly wonderful stay!
