Cozy and very inviting, this condo, located right on Lake Chatuge, is the ideal destination for the family looking to spend time on the water. Imagine starting and ending your days looking out over the lake from your furnished deck or from inside your comfortably furnished, single-level vacation rental. Stock up the fridge and prepare meals at home in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, and then dine together indoors at one of two tables or outside on the deck. Settle onto the living area's sofa bed and stream your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV, or bring out some of the provided board games for a fun night in.

On-site amenities include tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, shared charcoal grills, and picnic tables. And as guests can access a boat slip, you can bring your boat or jet skis! There is also gated and locked storage for boat or jet ski trailers.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Dock details: One covered and lighted boat slip is available for guest use. The dock is 22', but a little longer boat is OK. The water depth is between 12 feet and 14 feet. Swimming is allowed at the end of the dock and a life float is at entrance for swimmers.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Excellent location, nice rooms, kitchen, baths and layout of bedrooms. Great view. The beds would have been perfect if we were 20 years younger. But two of my guests had back problems and the beds weren't comfortable for them. So we had to vacate the property early even though we liked everything else about it.

This condo is very spacious and well equipped. For those that may have difficulty negotiating stairs, be aware that there is a short flight of stairs from the parking lot level to the front door. We visited during Thanksgiving week, so the lake was low, but the view was still picturesque. We were pleasantly surprised that the beds were more comfortable that your average rental. There were a few items that I could scrutinize, but they are easy fixes that I will make the management company aware of. Overall, we would recommend this property.

Relaxing & Peaceful Location, with Adventure & Fun!

My teenagers and I went to Hiawassee for water sports, adventures, fun & to have some special time together before my daughter headed off for college. This trip was fabulous & exceeded expectations! Condo was immaculate, well maintained, spacious, well equipped, comfortable, and peaceful. It is lake-front and only a 7 min walk to marina where we able to rent a captained boat for the day & go water-skiing & tubing. Even though air temp was in the low 70s dues to rain, the water was warm and comfortable. Bring own beach towels (or buy when arrive) if you plan to go boating, white water rafting, etc. And, maybe long sleeves. Literally some of the best night's sleep I’ve had away from home. I’m a light sleeper & typically don’t sleep well on vacations. Easy & quiet to get some work done & take conference calls - while teens slept. Master suite had a large desk for work and internet speed was great. Pickle ball & tennis were not on-site, but a 5-15 min drive respectively. - May need reservations, not sure because of rain and other plans we never played. We arrived late the first night and did not have time to go to the store before the next morning. Typically, I bring my own coffee & sweetener when I travel, but I forgot both this time. That's my only suggestion - to provide coffee & sweetener for the 1st morning in case someone else is in a similar situation. I only drink 1 cup/day & would have been nice to enjoy mountain/lake view before starting the day.

Everything was well furnished and maintained. The lake view was beautiful and included a covered boat slip to use if needed. Great floor plan also. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy! Will look forward to staying again in the future.

Beautifull Townhome

The town home is huge, much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Exceptionally clean, and has honestly everything you need and then some! I loved that the owners had handwritten notes encouraging you to get out and enjoy Hiawassee, as well as details on the condo's amenities. They also stocked the place with so many board games, cards and books! We had a great family game night, thank you so much for your thoughtfulness!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Beautiful property with Great Lake view and convenient location by boat rental company. There is a busy road to the left that creates some noise but this wouldn’t deter us from staying here again. Well stocked kitchen.

Thanksgiving week vacation

The home is everything the website stated it would be. The view of the lake was fantastic, the rear deck give you a perfect view. We went up to spend Thanksgiving there and we're not sure what kitchen items we would need to bring to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. We were very surprised to see a kitchen that was as well stocked as this one was. This kitchen had everything we needed from coffee maker, toaster, even a Crock-Pot. We will definitely come back since we come to the lake three or four times every year. I can't wait to come and take advantage of the boat slip because we always like to rent a pontoon.
