Cozy and very inviting, this condo, located right on Lake Chatuge, is the ideal destination for the family looking to spend time on the water. Imagine starting and ending your days looking out over the lake from your furnished deck or from inside your comfortably furnished, single-level vacation rental. Stock up the fridge and prepare meals at home in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, and then dine together indoors at one of two tables or outside on the deck. Settle onto the living area's sofa bed and stream your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV, or bring out some of the provided board games for a fun night in.

On-site amenities include tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, shared charcoal grills, and picnic tables. And as guests can access a boat slip, you can bring your boat or jet skis! There is also gated and locked storage for boat or jet ski trailers.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Dock details: One covered and lighted boat slip is available for guest use. The dock is 22', but a little longer boat is OK. The water depth is between 12 feet and 14 feet. Swimming is allowed at the end of the dock and a life float is at entrance for swimmers.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
