Un appartement très propre, bien agencé, idéalement situé dans la ville car près de tous les commerces et de la mer. L'accueil a été parfait. Nous étions un couple avec deux enfants et le logement était parfait pour ce séjour. Je recommande vous ne serez pas déçu

Excellent accueil du propriétaire Éric dans cet appartement d'un grand confort, très bien équipé (lits confortables et appareils ménagers neufs et faciles d'utilisation), d'une propreté irréprochable et à la décoration recherchée et originale. Son emplacement au calme dans la verdure du Préconil est idéal : plage, commerces, centre-ville, transports à proximité. Nous reviendrons !Joëlle et Andrée

Die Wohnung ist modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Obwohl nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt, liegt sie sehr ruhig. Der Ausblick vom Balkon geht schön ins Grüne. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

L'appartement est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Les hôtes ont été disponibles et leur accueil très sympathique. Situation idéale, loin du bruit mais proche de la plage, des restaurants et des commerces. Place de parc au top, avec même des places à l'ombre, très appréciable par ce temps de canicule.Un lave linge très efficace au retour de plage et de balades réchauffées par une chaleur caniculaire. Propreté du logement, confort du lit et appareil électroménager de qualité. Et une climatisation bien appréciée.Je recommande totalement cet appartement. Merci pour ces vacances merveilleuses en compagnie de Sonita, ma petite chartreuse adorée.

Magnifique location a sainte Maxime

Tout a été vraiment super pour cette location. L accueil a été parfait .l appartement est spacieux pour deux personnes. Tres fonctionnel avec une décoration recherchée. l emplacement est très proche du centre tout en étant dans une zone très calme ..De même l ascenseur est très pratique pour l emménagement . En plus le parking accessible et gratuit est très rare cette location est vraiment a saisir pour une visite a sainte Maxime .bon rapport qualite prix .

Eine wunderschöne Woche in Sainte Maxime

Wir haben in Sainte Maxime und dem schönen Appartement von Eric und Sylvie eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Bereits der Empfang durch Eric und seine Frau war sehr warmherzig und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Appartement liegt wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und man hat einen schönen Blick vom Balkon auf einen Fußweg am Fluss. Man war schnell im Ortszentrum oder am Hafen zu Fuß. Parken war kein Problem auf dem gesicherten Gelände. Das Appartement war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wenn wir einmal wieder nach Sainte Maxime fahren, wird das unsere erste Adresse sein.

Parfait 👍

L appartement est parfait , agréable à vivre avec une terrasse qui donne une jolie vue sur le Préconil. Tout peut se faire à pied, centre ville , plages, accès aux bateaux navettes. Et malgré tout la résidence reste très calme. Les propriétaires Éric et Sylvia ont été très arrangeants quand à notre arrivée et notre départ . Nous recommandons et n hésiterons pas à le louer de nouveau si nous revenons à sainte maxime .

Appartement bien équipé et très propre

L'appartement correspond tout à fait au descriptif. Celui-ci est très bien pensé et très bien équipé. Il a été décoré avec gout. Les équipements installés, ainsi que les rangements sont parfaits. L'appartement est très bien isolé acoustiquement et est situé à moins de 10 minutes de la plage et du centre. Le parking sécurisé est un réel atout. Les propriétaires, Eric et Sylvia sont très agréables et n'hésitent pas à nous donner de bonnes adresses. Je recommande fortement cet appartement.

Merveilleux séjour

Merveilleux séjour passé dans ce bel et calme appartement idéalement situé à Sainte Maxime. Proche commerces, plage et restaurants, tout peut se faire à pied. Quasiment pas utilisé le véhicule durant ces 2 semaines (S34 - S35). Port également proche et possibilité de se rendre à St Tropez, Port Grimaud, Porquerolles ... grâce aux bateaux verts. Et là encore, pas besoin de prendre de véhicule... Merci encore à Sylvia et Éric pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité !!!

très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement fonctionnel, lumineux et très bien décoré.Il ne manque rien côté équipements.Sa proximité des commerces, de la plage et des bateaux verts est un atout supplémentaire. Enfin sa situation au bord de la rivière fait qu 'on y est au calme et on peut même observer les canards et autres oiseaux . Merci à Eric et Sylvia de nous avoir permis de passer d'agréables vacances à Sainte Maxime
