Elegantly furnished vacation apartment in Dresden with bicycles, near downtown

For your visit to Dresden, we offer a stylishly furnished holiday apartment. The apartment is just under 40 square metres in size and features a living room with a sleeper sofa, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The living room and bedroom are bright and inviting, facing south towards Peschelstraße.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, along with another holiday rental.

The apartment has been lovingly renovated in a classic style. The floor has been covered with white-oiled wooden planks, the doors have been refurbished with attention to detail, and high-quality wooden windows have been installed. People with allergies in particular will feel right at home.
The apartment is furnished with a pleasant combination of historic and modern furniture.

This holiday rental is a non-smoking apartment. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. There are seating areas in the courtyard.
Towels and bed linens are provided free of charge. A portable cot and a wooden high chair can be provided for small children.

There is ample free parking available in the immediate vicinity of the holiday rental.

For bike excursions, a total of 3 women’s bikes and 5 men’s bikes (26-inch and 28-inch) are available at no extra charge for both holiday rentals. Please remember to bring your own bike helmets. Please note that use of the provided bicycles is at your own risk.

It takes only about 15 minutes to reach city centre by bike.

There are several shopping options nearby. Two bakeries are within walking distance, one of which is also open on Sundays. Otherwise, the “Elbepark” shopping centre—also within walking distance—offers a wide range of shopping options.

There is a seating area in the green, car-free courtyard. From Monday through Friday, parts of the courtyard are shared with a small daycare centre until around 4:00 p.m.
