Carlos’ place is excellent. It is comfortable and well appointed. Check in was a little wonky but once we settled in we were thrilled with the place. Whales were feeding right in front of our apartment. The parade of dogs and people enjoying the beach was entertaining to watch. We hiked every morning up to Pt Mori, had an excellent lunch at Buona Italia Caffe. The branzini and Salmon were delicious. Coffee at the Perfect Pour was great. We will be back!

The condo was very clean, tidy and was worth it. It was perfectly located. We loved the fact that we could park our car and know its safe in its respective parking slot. The view at the front was breathtaking. The sound of the waves at night was a refreshing sound from the Boston noise! The pier walks every morning and evening watching the sunset were memorable. The host Carlos was easy to reach through text and calls. I would give it ten stars and more! Thank you for giving us a safe space to return to every evening as we toured north of San Francisco.

Love This Property

Second time we've stayed at this location - this time a lower unit. We love being right at the beach and sitting on the patio or even inside the unit with doors open and listen to the waves. The unit is well appointed and very clean and tidy. Highly recommend!!!

A home away from home w/ that VIEW!!!

My husband, two kids under 2, and I had a fantastic time. It was a cold week in January, but the sun was out and filled the house with so much light. The kitchen had more cooking utensils than most properties I've visited, and they had high chairs and pack-in plays for both kids. Close to SF, gorgeous drives down to Moss Beach for epic playgrounds, and close to grocery stores, pharmacy, and our favorite... shout out to 'Table Wine' (in walking distance) which has delicious and affordable wines that kept Dad and Daddy fueled next to the fireplace. We will stay here again for sure!

Fantastic Unit w Ocean View in Pacifica

Couldn't have picked a more wonderful unit and location. Unit was spacious, very clean, and is a great location for decent restaurants, hiking and a nice walkable town. Being from Canada, it was great that the unit had You Tube TV so we could watch some tennis as we couldn't stream our content. And only 1 foggy day out of 5!

Spring break getaway from Minnesota

Our stay in Pacifica for a multi-generational getaway was everything you could expect. The access to the pier and beach was the best we’ve ever had. Hiking to Mori Point for the sunset each night and walking the boardwalk each morning was delightful. The home is perfectly situated with easy access to the highway to get to the SFO airport, DT SFO, the Golden Gate Bridge, as well as Santa Cruz, a short jaunt to Bodega Bay fishing with Monk Charters and many other area attractions. The check in-out process was slick and the home was immaculate and well-appointed! The welcome package was very much appreciated and a nice touch after a long travel day!

Perfect!

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights with our 3 teenage boys. It was perfect. It was clean, bright and comfortable. We loved the view of the ocean and listening to the sounds of the waves every night. There are some quaint spots to visit like the little coffee and bagel shop a couple blocks up, an amazing deli down the road and if you hike over the hill down the beach, there is a fantastic supper club on the other side. The hike is a must. Thanks for a cozy place to stay and for the fun welcome basket! Highly recommend this place!

This was a wonderful location. The two beds were really uncomfortable and made squeaking noises. There was no way to darken the bedrooms for sleeping. Blinds and curtains insufficient plus bedroom doors are glass which lets light in.

Excellent accommodations. The walkable pier and beach are practically directly across the street. Very fun and quaint neighborhood! Coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery all within walking distance. Only issues we encountered with the unit was a smoke detector in the common hallway was chirping every few minutes and can be heard clearly inside the unit. Carlos was responsive with replacing the smoke detector on the third day of our stay. The other issue was we found a few towels in the washer left from the cleaning crew was a surprise but really no big deal. Would be great if there was an elevator. Climbing stairs with multiple checked bags was somewhat annoying. Otherwise, this place is perfect!

Wonderful Pacifica Getaway

We are bay area locals and wanted a nearby change of scenery. This house was perfect for both calm relaxation and so close to the city. Upon arriving, we did encounter the only (minor) negative as my truck (Silverado) wouldn't fit in the garage space available for the unit. There wasn't enough room to maneuver it and my racks were only 1/2 off touching the roof. It wasn't worth the risk to either persons property so we used street parking, which was fine. The home is just like the pictures. It felt Clean and safe enough to allow our 1 year old to explore after relocating just a couple of nice finishing touches. We alloved

The ocean is calling

We had a fantastic stay at the Blue Wave House, such an absolutely BEAUTIFUL location! The house was spotless, very well organized and had everything we could have needed. Stocked w/ additional supplies and a nice welcome gift of wine and snacks. During our stay it was a bit on the chilly side, and the fireplace was a wonderful addition making the house cozy and warm. We were here from Iowa visiting our son who is attending grad school at Stanford and this will be our go to place to stay from now on while visiting. A huge plus was the short distance to the San Francisco Airport, 15 minutes!!! Thanks for providing a sense of home.

Spectacular!

Everything about this property is spectacular - the location, cleanliness, furnishings/decor and Carlos is an incredible host. I appreciated the welcome snacks (tortilla chips, salsa, wine, Pelligrino, chocolates and more) and coffee. I’ve rented many beach houses over the last 15 years and this is a 5 star property and service!
