Perfect location!

This property is fantastic. Nathan is the best host and so accommodating. He is so easy to get in contact with and will provide anything you request. The house is beautiful! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you’ll need and the tvs have Netflix and Hulu. We loved the location so much. We felt so safe and cozy and it is a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this property. 5 stars from me!

Great place

We stayed 2 nights. Nathan is super nice and a great communicator when it comes to answering queries before and during stay. Would definitely stay again!

Unexpected

The property was much smaller than the pictures and there was no central air conditioning, only 1 wall unit in the kitchen. The house did have multiple fans but on a hot day it didn't help much. The rooms were adequate but there was only 1 bathroom and it was small. The location was close to the freeway but far from the beach, and I didn't feel safe walking around the neighborhood at night.

Nice place, just a little warm inside.

WQe enjoyed our stay and the home was as advertised. clean and quaint. I with there was another AC unit or 2 to jeep the rest of the houise (living room and bedrooms) cooler. there was only one in the kitchen, which was great, but the rest of the home we a bit too warm and humid. other than that, it was a good stay.

Not Bad!

This place is good considering the price. They had a very minimal amount of kitchen supplies, as well as just amenities in general, however, it was a place to sleep which was good.
