impressive property

This property is the best VRBO I've ever stayed in. The kitchen was so well stocked with high quality dishes, cookware, utensils etc. My family throughly enjoyed our stay.

Septic problems

We we arrived we had a terrible smell inside house. I called that same day, no response then I texted property management and got a response that they were sorry about the smell then I made another call after 5 days and spoke with a person and said it was either septic or gas smell and it needed to be checked. Finally they sent out a person and he immediately said oh my it is the septic. Thst very day it was pumped and the smell left. It would have been nice if they would have taken care of this immediately.

I appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback about your experience. As the property manager, I regret that the response to address the septic issue was not timely. We strive to promptly attend to any concerns raised by our residents. Thank you for your patience and for bringing this matter to our attention. We will review our protocols to improve our responsiveness in the future.

Recommended for large families!

Great location, beautiful house! A little disappointed with not being able to use the downstairs patio due to repair work (was not notified ahead of time). Not enough paper towels, tissues or any shampoo for guests which I found weirdly cheap,
