✔ Golf Cart Notice: The HOA does not provide areas to charge golf carts. Any rented carts must be gas-powered.

✔ Balcony Repairs: The balcony will be closed for guest access from 9/22/2024 to January 2025 for repairs. Absolutely no access is permitted during this time.
