Die Lage ist gut, ruhig und auch mit dem Öv gut zu erreichen.Empfang freundlich und hilfsbereit. Samstags Rezeption erst ab 1600h offen. Das finde ich eher spät.
Die Wohnungen selbst sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was mir auf der Website nicht so aufgefallen ist, inklusive die Einrichtung und nicht sehr schalldicht. Man hört Wc- Spülungen und auch andere Geräusche von benachbarten Wohnungen. Der Preis ist noch ok.doch mehr würde ich nicht zahlen, ohne dass nicht verschiedene Kleinigkeiten, wie Wasserhähne, Wc-Spülungen, Duschvorhangstangen nicht etwas besser in Schuss gehalten werden.

Un peu vieillot mais agréable
L'appartement a une grandeur agréable et une belle terrasse. Les cadres de lits ont vécu, plusieurs grincent trop. Le débit d'eau dans une salle de bain est très faible. Cet appartement mériterait un rafraichissement mais nous avons quand même passé une belle semaine.

Zweckmäßig und super Lage
Sehr praktische Wohnung in unmittelbarer Fussdistanz zum Kinderlift, super Pizzeria im Haus. Einrichtung und Küchenausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Betreuung in Reception.
