The home is in walking distance (1/4 mile) from Balloon Fiesta park, hiking and biking is easy access. 4 bedroom home with a Large backyard for Grilling and Chilling. Backyard with hot tub and putting green. Close to I25 / with a 45min drive to Downtown Santa Fe, 15 minute drive to Oldtown ABQ and a 10 minute drive to the Sandia Tramway.
