Offering 1,200 square feet of space, the apartment is both spacious and cozy, with views overlooking the Design District just off Whitaker Street. It comes fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped with modern comforts, including a gourmet kitchen perfect for extended stays. The apartment is available on a month-to-month basis for up to six consecutive months.
Please note that the apartment does not include assigned parking. Metered street parking is available around the building from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Free parking can be found approximately six blocks south of the unit, and there are also two nearby city parking garages for added convenience.
For stays of 30 days or more, a signed lease and security deposit are required, and our office will contact you with the details.
