Welcome to Gullwing Beach Resort 602, if you are looking to relax on the beach, soak in a spa or just sit at the pool reading a good book, then look no further, Gullwing Beach Resort offers all of this, it is located towards the south end of the island and is on one of the widest stretches of sand of Fort Myers Beach.
Gullwing Beach Resort is a resort style condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It is impeccably decorated and furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to show off your culinary skills. The appliances include double door refrigerator with a freezer draw and built in ice maker, range, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar as well, perfect for the little ones to have their meals at.
There is plenty of room for everyone to gather around in the living/dining area. The living area is furnished with a queen size sleeper sofa, 2 armchairs, a glass top coffee table and plenty of lighting as well as a flat screen tv for you to enjoy your favorite show. To the right of the living room is a wet bar complete with a small sink as well as 4 bar stools. The enormous sliding glass doors lead out the balcony, it has a tiled floor and it fully screened in. It has a round patio table with 4 chairs around it and 2 extra chairs. The view from the balcony is truly amazing, be sure to enjoy the sunsets overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
The dining room is just a few steps from the living area, it can seat 6 people on the comfortable cushioned chairs, here you will enjoy many meals together.
Just off the living area is the master suite furnished with a king-size bed, nightstands, and lamps. There is a double dresser with a flat screen tv for your enjoyment. There are 2 separate balconies off the master suite, one is private and the other is shared with house guests. Just off the master suite is the master bathroom, it has 2 separate granite top vanities with plenty of storage for all your personal belongings. There is a corner garden jacuzzi tub as well as walk-in shower with built in body sprays.
Both guest rooms have queen size beds, dressers, nightstands, and flat screen tv's, with plenty of closet space and have access to the balcony. The guest bathroom has a granite top vanity and a nice size walk-in shower with a ceiling rain shower head.
This unit also has a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
PLEASE NOTE: Gullwing Beach Resort 602 is in the Gullwing Condo Building and Unit 602 is privately owned and NOT part of the Gullwing Resort Hotel operated by Sunstream Hotels & Resorts. As a result of this, some amenities in common areas offered to hotel guests that pay a daily resort fees are not available to guests of Unit 602, including the fitness center and business center.

Here at Gullwing 602 you do have the option to rent bikes, they can be rented through an app that is posted on the bikes, you pay through a credit card

This property is perfect and very clean, they still have quite a bit of destruction from the hurricane 11months ago but that is to be expected. Most of the properties in this area are still under construction. I will definitely stay here again.

The condo was very clean, Lisa was extremely helpful and had great communication.

Really enjoyed the condo’s space, morning views, both ocean and bay views were beautiful. The washer and dryer were a huge plus also! Great updates in the condo also! Trolly did not come as often as we would like, but Uber is great for transportation on the Island. Publix also delivers which was a plus too! Loved the condo!

Our family had a wonderful week-long stay at Gull Wings starting February 16th. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that a lot of care had gone into making our vacation special. Lisa was an exceptional host—she was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, including providing a porta crib and a wagon, which made traveling with family so much easier.What really stood out was the attention to detail. We were pleasantly surprised to find fresh flowers waiting in the unit upon check-in, which added such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. The entire experience felt comfortable, well-prepared, and truly guest-focused.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our family vacation and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

Condo was spacious. Had all the amenities you could possibly need. Complex was nice. While on beach was little but if walk to get to water. Lisa was very responsive and came over right away when we needed her to fix TV. She also gave us best suggestions for restaurants.

Relaxing stay at this wonderful property.

This condo is located in the quieter side of the island. Great for families. The view from the balcony is amazing. Our family enjoyed some great meals out there while taking in the sunset. There was plenty of space for our family of four. Beds are comfortable. We loved the convenience of just packing a few things and walking down to the beach or pool in minutes. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Family getaway

This condo is everything it says in the description. You walk out the back of the building and you are on the beach with chair and umbrella rentals steps away. It is close to all the restaurants but far enough away that you don't feel overcrowded on the beach.
