This is a lovely space. It’s quite large compared to other BnB’s I’ve stayed in. The host has done a great job in renovating an older property. Everything is well done.

This is a second floor apartment with a barely accessible un maintained overgrown garden which makes it unusable. The apartment itself is lovely, clean, airy, well equipped. Good WiFi easy check in, friendly welcome and owner kindly allowed us a very late check out. In a nice neighbourhood flat 25 mins walk from St Malo centre.

L appartement etait très sale à notre arrivée. La poubelle de cuisine très sale et non vidée et détritus dans un sac plastic ouvert débordant. Vaisselle utilisée mzl laveée.Le sol et escalier très sales. Salle de bain et WC sales. On a dû tout nettoyer...Le matelas du canapé est très mauvais, trop fin et usagé, on sent toutes les barres de fer. Chambre aménagée sans goût, pas de rangement pour les vêtements, couette dans un coin sur le sol..et vélux , ouverture et rideaux usagés qui marchent très mal. Enfin le jardin en friche n est absolument pas praticable. Mes commentaires négatifs, j en suis désolée, sont déjà cités par d'autres locataires et visiblement aucun changement.C est dommage, car avec un plus d attention et intérêt pour le bien-être des locataires ça pourrait être sympa. Mais cela ne semble pas la priorité...

Un séjour au top dans un appart au top. Très lumineux, idéalement situe a 15 mn a pied intra-muros. Avec un hôte discret et adorable plein de bons conseils bref le top du top

Knus appartement in rustige wijk

De ontvangst was hartelijk; vriendelijke verhuurder. In de beschrijving stond dat er een tuin bij zat. Dit was voor ons de reden om dit te boeken. Wat wij niet wisten is dat je, om in de tuin te komen, eerst twee lange trappen af moet, de voordeur uit, via een poort door een lange gang en dan…sta je eindelijk in de tuin, die vol met onkruid staat.Het appartement zelf was erg knus, met een mooie keuken en een fijne douche. Het bed sliep prima. We vonden het niet schoon. Er lagen overal zwarte haren en stof.De locatie ligt op circa 30 minuten lopen van het centrum. Dit vonden wij geen probleem.Het appartement is niet brandveilig. Je kan geen kant op als er brand uit breekt. Voor ons een reden om niet meer terug te keren.

Super appart, idéal pour un séjour sur la plage

Un appartement très pratique avec le lave-linge et assez d'espace pour loger confortablement 4 personnes. Le proprietaire a été ponctuel, communicatif, et nous a ramené de la literie et serviettes de bain extra. Bonne lumière naturelle. On a dû nettoyer quand on est arrivées, lorsqu'il y avait des cheveux et poussieres. Idéal pour un séjour sur la plage.

Séjour saint malo

Je devais effectuer ce séjour dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel pour une formation qui a été reporté. Mais malgré ma demande de déplacement des dates auprès du gérant, celui ci n'a pas voulu, et a encaisser les fonds sans aucun remboursement de sa part.

Dommage que le ménage n'avait pas pu être fait avant notre arrivée, nous avons du le faire nous même , tout comme mettre les draps sinon l'appartement est bien placé et possibilité de se garer en dessous de l'appartement si d'autres personnes n'ont pas pris la place (mais y a des rues autour gratuites). le canapé lit n'est pas fait pour y dormir longtemps ! le matelas est vraiment très tres fin ! nos ados n'ont pas apprécié du tout

Bel appartement conforme au descriptif, neuf et bien décoré. 20 mn d'intra muros. Stationnement facile Dommage quil ait fallu passer l'aspirateur à notre arrivée.... Appartement au 2 ieme , jardin rez de chaussée , nous n'en avons donc pas profité.

Günstiges und charmantes Appartement

Das Appartement ist stilvoll und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Wohnküche mit Induktionsherd und Theke lässt keine Wünsche offen. Lediglich die Sauberkeit (insbesondere des Bads) entsprach bei Anreise nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Auch war das Schlafsofa für die Kinder recht unbequem und durchgelegen. Bei dem günstigen Preis war es für uns jedoch akzeptabel. Die Unterkunft ist zwar nicht schön gelegen, dafür aber sehr praktisch gelegen: Eine tolle Bar mit Restaurant um die Ecke, Boulangerie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Markt fußläufig in 7 Minuten, Strand, Bus, Hafen und Saint-Malo in 7-15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkomplizierte.

Dreckig und Muffig

Der Vermieter war sehr sympathisch, bei Kontaktaufnahme kam die Antwort prompt. Die (sehr) kleine Wohnung war gut renoviert, alles was man benötigt war auch vor Ort. Das alte Haus befindet sich am Ende einer Sackgasse, die Straße ist so eng, dass sie mit einem SUV nicht passiert werden kann. Für 4 Personen ist es definitiv zu klein. Es ist sehr alt, das Treppenhaus stinkt. Die Wohnung war schlichtweg dreckig. Hier wurde nur oberflächlich sauber gemacht. Auf jeder Oberfläche (mit Ausnahme der Küchenzeile und des Tisches) konnte man im Staub schreiben. Wir haben erstmal alles gereinigt. Für ältere Personen, absolut nicht geeignet. Der Garten, sofern er so genannt werden darf, ist eine Mini Parzelle in einem ungepflegt Haufen Absperrungen. Außer viel Unkraut ist da nichts. Wir fahren seit 23 Jahren in die Bretagne, in diesem Jahr wurden wir zum ersten Mal enttäuscht. Sorry Giles, gerne hätte ich eine Super-Bewertung hinterlassen, in diesem Fall nicht möglich.

Appartement très agréable

Dommage, le jardin n'était pas tondu... Attention aux moins valides, il faut monter deux étages sur un escalier quelque peu irrégulier.
