Private: beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool heated, secured (10 x 4 m, depth 200 cm, seasonal availability: 23.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, parking on the premises. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. The property is beautiful, well equipped and especially the garden and pool area. The pool itself is a really good size, with very useful steps on the edges. It was extremely quiet, private and relaxing during our time here and you would hardly know there were any other properties close by. The location of the property is ideal, between Concarneau and Pont-Aven. The nearest village is Nevez (which we really liked), which has its own supermarket, bakery, bars, cafes and very good restaurants. The owners of the property, Nicole and Pierre were extremely helpful and discreet during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and they definitely respected our privacy. I would recommend this property to anyone who are looking for a place to stay and unwind in this beautiful part of France.

Ferienhau mit Kompromissen

Ein altes bretonisches Steinhaus, romantisches Ambiente, schöne Deko, schöner Garten, aber leider doch etwas unpraktisch. Elektrik und Küche in die Jahre gekommen, wenig Stauraum. Leider fehlt auch ein geschützter Platz im Freien. Freundliche Vermieterin!

Sehr schönes bretonisches Haus

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen im Haus. Mit Mama, Papa, Oma, Opa und 3 Kids (4-16 Jahre) war für jeden was dabei. Diverse Strände in Geh- und Fahrentfernung, gut sortierte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nächsten Ort, sorgen für ein Rundes Erlebnis. Wer gerne ein Haus für sich hat, selbst kocht und an der Essgruppe am Pool mit der Familie feiert, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Wir hatten hier eine tolle Zeit und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war extrem nett. Gerne wieder und Alles Gute!

Super week-end !

Accueil chaleureux, je suis arrivée, la maison est vraiment comme sur les photos. J 'ai loué cette maison pour le week-end de mes 30 ans, j ai passé un excellent moment, propriétaire à l écoute. le lundi, nous sommes restés, mon conjoint et moi, à nous reposer au bord de la piscine. Commerces à proximité. Il y aurait beaucoup de chose à dire, la literie est très bonne, des jeux sont à disposition... Nous reviendrons pour un week-end ça c est sur!!! Merci encore aux propriétaires !!

N'y allez pas. Les propriétaires essaient de nous faire payer des dégâts qui existaient bien avant notre arrivée. Accueil nul - je ne recommande pas du tout cette location. Maison fait de bric et de broc alors que les photos sur le site donnent une toute autre impression. Plus de 2300€ la semaine c'est très, très cher payé. Seul point positif : la piscine. Nous sommes très, très déçus autrement.

Individuelles Haus in toller Lage

Lage, Pool und Garten sind exzellent und haben uns viel Freude gemacht. Die Vermieterin lebt direkt nebenan, ist äußerst zurückhaltend und wahrt die Privatsphäre. Dafür sehr charmant und hilfsbereit. Wer sich für dieses Haus entscheidet, sollte in Kauf nehmen, dass die letzte Renovierung schon einige Zeit zurück liegt. Die Bäder sind auf dem Niveau der frühen 80er Jahre. Die Betten nur 140cm breit. Für den Pool fehlt eine Außendusche. Dafür ist die Ausstattung mit allem sehr gut, es fehlt nichts

Très belle maison en pierre, confortable et bien équipé. La maison est située en pleine campagne (secteur calme). Grande piscine chauffée (pompe à chaleur). Jardin bien entretenu. De nombreuses petites et jolies plages à environ 1,5 kms. Superbes sentiers de promenade/rendonnées à pieds le long de la côte. Très beaux paysages
