About this property

Swim, Walk, Eat, & Play. Located 1/2 block to beach & boardwalk

Only steps to the ocean and Rehoboth Boardwalk, this 4-bedroom townhouse is sure to please! Featuring hardwood floors, a screened-in porch and an outdoor shower as well as Central AC for those hot and humid summer days. Sleeps 10. We are a local real estate office that handles this rental on VRBO.

Please Note: Lease will be emailed from a local real estate company. There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy of 15% penalty if we are able to re-rent your dates which is stated in the lease agreement.

Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information.

Tenants need to provide their own linens, towels & paper products. Ask your agent or our office for linen package options in our area.

In addition, VRBO policy is not able to collect the Rehoboth Beach accommodations tax of 7% This amount will be noted in your lease and is payable directly to Crowley via check, debit or credit card.

Effective Jan 1, 2025, a State Tax of 4.5% has been incorporated by the State of DE in addition to the current municipality accommodations tax of 7% in Rehoboth.

After Labor Day availability and rates must be confirmed with the property owner by Crowley Assoc.

Perfect location

The triplex is half a block from the beach and a 10-15 walk to the Rehoboth strip. It was the perfect spot for my dad to get to the beach easily and my young adult kids to get to the shops and bars easily. Best of both worlds! You can rent umbrellas and chairs at the end of the walkway to the beach and they'll set them up for you - which was amazing. The house itself had all of the amenities you'll need to cook and just relax back at the house. The screened in porch was a great spot to sit after dark to finish out the evening. Very quiet location as well.
