Ideally located in the heart of Dewey Beach, this spacious and beautifully designed ocean block home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal luxury. Just steps from the sand and surrounded by local favorites—including Grotto's Pizza, great dining, ice cream, and Dewey's active nightlife—you can park your car and walk to it all.
This stunning tri-level single-family home features seven bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, including two primary suites with king beds, and comfortably sleeps up to 17 guests. Thoughtfully decorated and fully equipped, it's designed for unforgettable beach vacations, family reunions, golf outings, weddings, retreats, and more.
The main living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a large island and hardwood floors, a spacious dining area, and a living room with plenty of seating and a SMART TV. Step outside to relax on the balcony or enjoy ocean views from the rooftop terrace. There's even a sitting room with a ping-pong table for indoor activities.
After a day at the beach or exploring Rehoboth via the nearby Jolley Trolley, come home and unwind in your private 10x26 saltwater pool, open from May 1 to October 31st.
Additional amenities include SMART TVs in every bedroom, a washer and dryer, two outdoor showers, a gas grill, and keyless entry for seamless check-in. A private driveway fits approximately six cars, making group travel easy.
Things to Know: Linens are not provided, but rental packages are available. The home rents Saturday to Saturday during peak season. No pets and no smoking. A refundable security deposit is required.

Everything you could want in a beach house

Loved our time at this property! The private pool was great! 2 minute walk to the beach. Loved how there was a beach cart, chairs and umbrella for our use too! Would rent this again!

4 Generation Family Beach week

The property was great. Well equipped, the pool was ideal for after the beach relaxation. Dead end street was nice for no traffic and we did not have to cross a road to go to the beach. We would rent this property again if we can get the group together again.

Family Trip to Dewey

This is a wonderful house with everything you need for a beach vacation. Well equipped and room for everyone. We had 16 people from ages 7 to 75 and never felt cramped. The beach was great, the pool was great, and being able walk everywhere was key. Great place to make family memories! We hope to make it back!

Perfect beach getaway!

Location is everything and this house couldn’t be in a better spot. Beach block & walking distance to everything Dewey & are both has to offer! The house was spacious, clean, and fully equipped to entertain families of any age. The backyard & pool were simply the cherry on top - honestly couldn’t have asked for a better beach rental if I tried. A+++

Family vacation

Our children and their families gather together annually for a beach vacation. This house really worked out well for us. Everyone has enough room yet there’s are spaces together and be all together to. It is close to the beach but has a small swimming pool that was great for the youngest children especially. The house is beautiful and the surrounding neighborhood is very nice to. Restaurants and shopping are within walkable distance. We had a wonderful time.

Larger than expected!

This is a really nice property. It is much larger than it appears in the photos. There are 7 private bedrooms plus an additional sofa bed and a daybed/trundle (which are in common areas). It has 4 decks including one on the rooftop. There were some minor repairs needed, but nothing that you wouldn't expect when renting a beach property late in the season. It is managed by a realty firm, so communications don't have that personal touch, but during the booking process the staff at Re/Max were very helpful. We really loved the pool!

Will book again & again!

This home was perfect for our family. There are 7 bedrooms which gave each of our adult children their own rooms with one left over for the grandchildren to sleep in - it had bunk beds - the others were queen or king beds. We really appreciated this. Most homes that sleep 14+ people have bunk beds or futons in half of the rooms. The main living area on the second floor was spacious and very nicely laid out. The kitchen was big and accommodated multiple cooks. There was enough storage/pantry space, and it was well stocked with all cooking/baking needs. There are 4 decks on this home and we used the one off of the main living area the most. The rooftop deck offers a beautiful view of sunrises/sunsets. The master suite on the top level offers a sitting area that is nicely sized and was much appreciated. The lower level offers a ping pong table, which was alot of fun! Everyone enjoyed playing. The washer and dryer were a blessing, as was the extra fridge on the lower level. We used it the entire week. I can't say enough about the pool. It was so nice, having 2 young children, to have a pool. Its a heated pool, and just that little bit of extra warmth was nice. Plenty of pool toys to play with. We were a 5 minute walk to the ocean. There were plenty of chairs/umbrellas to use and even a cart (with large wheels) to carry everything. Bikes were available, too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. We highly recommend it.
