The property location was good with good lake access and floating dock.The property manager was accessible and easy to communicate with.The interior of the house was not up to par. The kitchen sink is literally about to fall through the counter top. We removed 3 baby mice from the kitchen.The driveway is extremely narrow and is almost not passable for a full size vehicle. Add a boat and trailer, and you are going to spend 20 minutes trying to maneuver the rig into the driveway to get it off the street. I would not stay here in the future.

We love this lakehouse!

Great experience! We did see improvements in property since our last visit. A few additional upgrades needed. Ladder needs to be replaced on dock. Overall, another great family stay !

The lake views from this property are incredible, porches on all sides. The open living space in the house is very spacious and comfortable. The house is very dated and needs updating. The dishwasher didn't drain, the counter top in the kitchen and the sink are cracked. We changed out lightbulbs and the carpet in the master is old and dirty.I didn't feel like it was real clean. Pet friendly was nice!

Property had a great view on a nice level lot. Nice dock. Negatives were property is very outdated. 1970 era baths and carpet. It was dirty. Towels and linens were ragged. Bathrooms were small, carpets were dirty and stained. No trash pickup. Either you take it yourself or leave 5.00 for each trash bag for the cleaning people to remove.

Getaway to a gorgeous lakefront property

This is the second stay for my wife and I at this house and we absolutely adore this place! Great piece of property with wide open lake views, plenty of space, and everything you need for a fantastic week on the water.

The pros - loved the stairs on the dock instead of the normal ladder. I have difficulty with my legs so this helped me a lot. I also loved the feel like this was my grandmothers place. My grandmother house was on the water.The cons- since I have trouble walking, I have trouble sitting. The toliets are so low. Overall we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

Amazing Trip to Lake Hartwell

This is a great house, with an amazing lake view, located close to downtown Hartwell. Open floor plan, multiple large outdoor patio spaces, and a huge sunroom. We had an incredible time and will definitely be going back!

It’s an older home that would benefit from some repairs (kitchen counters, toilets, carpet (removed) flooring in sun room I liked the older home, as did my family We liked the large living area and all of the seating, plus the sun room and all the different deck options over all wonderful place to stay (4bedrooms (although you did have to go through one bedroom to get to the other and if you need to go to the bathroom , you have to pass through another bedroom (not ideal but worked for usGreat neighborhood/ maybe 5 miles from Hartwell /6 from Walmart/ ingles and aldis. Loved it wasn’t on the road / plenty of privacy on one side/ house right on you on the other/. Wasn’t bad/

Great Getaway

This cabin put us on the lake with a beautiful view of the lake in a fairly rural setting, and a dock from which I caught a few fish and Wylie enjoyed sunning. It is within close proximity to groceries, restaurants and the charms of downtown Hartwell. Also close to the Lake Hartwell's dam and the levy, which makes for scenic and peaceful hiking. Inside, we found all the comforts of home. Our second stay here, and it likely will not be our last.

Excellent Lake Vacation

I hesitate to right a good review, want the house to be available for us. Love this house, perfect location. This is our 2nd stay here. Concerns we shared the first time were already fixed. Just a perfect lake house, open living room, open yard with plenty of shade, wonderful dock with cover. Every room has a view of the lake. Bring your family and friends, relax, don’t sweat the small stuff. Have fun.

Great location on lake!

Great house for a family getaway. House is very outdated but adds to a great “lake vibe. Could, definitely use some maintenance (leaky pipe(s) under kitchen sink). Awesome to have stairs into lake off of dock! Lake water was very low which led to tracking through mud to get to dock. House is, definitely, overpriced.
