Gulf view from this 2 bedroom condo

Nice 2Bed/2Bath La Coquina upstairs condo with waterview. Open up the sliding glass doors to the screened lanai to enjoy the breeze in the Living and dining areas which both have a view of the new sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The updated kitchen has lots of storage, granite counter-tops and a pass-thru to the dining area. There is a Queen bed in the master bedroom, and 2 twin beds (with a trundle) in the guest room; TV's in both bedrooms. Bathrooms have been updated: the master bathroom has a walk-in shower; the guest bath has a tub/shower combination. No need to take laundry elsewhere as there is a Full-size washer/dryer in unit. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV provided.

The La Coquina condo complex provides the private sandy beach, a heated community swimming pool, a seating area overlooking the beach, a laundry room on the ground floor, and parking under the building. Condo rules require a 2-week minimum stay except for Christmas and Easter weeks. (Rental rate does not include the departure cleaning fee, tax, booking fee, or security deposit.)

Great amenities

Condo has everything you need plus extras, nice view with heated pool. Queen bed was too firm for our satisfaction so we purchased a 4” memory pad
