It is a wonderful property. Very quiet and well preserved. Neighborhood is friendly and the host, his name is Guy, is one of the best hosts we have ever dealt with. A
The Hot Tub was Wonderful!!! Though a third step into tub would be very helpful. The Cottage was Perfect!!! Very clean!! The Kitchen has everything you need!!! The BBQ Grill was Great!!! We throughly enjoyed our stay!!!
Perfect location for taking day trips to other areas such as Sedona, Jerome, Williams, Flagstaff and Phoenix. The neighborhood was quiet and private. The hot tub was wonderful after long days of walking and exploring. We definitely will book this home again in the future.

Wonderful property. Clean! Appreciated clear communications with host. And appreciated responsive of host. Information provided accurate & detailed. Would definitely stay again if back in area. Thank you!
Everything was great with our stay. We needed a place in Prescott for a work assignment and this house provided a pleasant respite from the whirlwind of our daily work. The house is charming and clean. The hosts were easy to work with, check-in and check-out procedures were clearly defined. I would recommend this house for a stay in Prescott.
Thanks for the 5 Star Review! I hope you will come stay with us again! We also have a large home in Prescott that sleeps 18 in beds... You can see more at Northern Arizona Cabin Rentals.
This house is so adorable from the black, white, and red kitchen to the bedrooms with the hardwood floors and the outdoor space with a nice hot tub. Walking distance to the iconic whiskey Row and many restaurants nearby. Will definitely book this again.
We spent 4 great days at this lovely little cottage, clean, well kept, and decorated in vintage style that fit the homes historic vibe. Close to Wiskey Row, restaurants and stores. Enjoyed breakfast at Dinner Bell Cafe, dog friendly. Dined using the recommended restaurants & took advantage of the delivery services, as this made it easier for us with our dog.
This place, though older, was immaculate and had all the necessities available. It was within walking distance to the downtown area. Quiet and private. The owners were responsive.
This property is adorable. We found the rooms to be comfortable and the space was immaculately clean. We brought our dogs and the yard was perfect for them to play. This property is close to town and situated in an adorable neighborhood. Communication with the owner was very informative and quick to respond. We hope to stay again next time we want to visit Prescott.
Charming and historical 2 bedroom, 1 1/4 bath home located within easy walking distance from Courthouse Square and Whiskey Row and all that those areas have to offer. Very well appointed with all the essentials. Interior of home is very comfortable and cozy, but my party particularly enjoyed the front porch, which was a magical spot on a couple of warm May afternoons and early evenings. The host is very accommodating and responsive. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Overall the trip was ok. The location was great but we did have some issues. The house is tight for 6 people… can’t imagine 8 as specified. Also the sink was leaking but my husband got it working. The spa was cold when we got there and after the owner was notified they came to adjust it and it warmed up the second night of our stay. Lots of instructions on what we could and couldn’t do but no real extras on the owners part. Also the fire pit is wood burning and wood is not supplied…therefore we did not use it for our stay. I have rented a lot of places in the past and this experience was not what I had expected for the price.
This cottage made me smile with all of its special touches. No wonder that it is called "Cherry Blossom". Special touches included Keurig coffee cups in several flavors and caffeines. There is filtered cold and hot water. There are new hand gloves to wash dishes and clean oven mitts. The dishes, glasses and service ware are complete for cooking and eating and very clean. The beds are comfy as are the bathroom towels. We enjoyed the outdoor seating both front and back and the air conditioning that was very needed on our visit worked flawlessly. There was a book full of places to go for our first Prescott visit and we found a couple more that were great. I felt like I was in my grandmother's 1940's home when I was little and this cottage's touches put me in a special reminiscent mood that made it that more special. However, my grandmother didn't have all of these modern conveniences that this cottage added for us 'modern' folks. Don't hesitate to rent this special place unless you don't favor doing your dishes by hand. I thought it kinda retro to do so and didn't mind it at all with the utensils given to do so.
My adult daughter and I spent a week at Cherry Blossom Cottage and loved it. The location is completely walkable to downtown and the neighborhood and resident deer are charming. The house itself has everything you need and was very comfortable for the two of us. It is a vintage home in a historic neighborhood, and we really enjoyed the experience of staying in the house and getting what seemed like a glimpse into the past. We loved using the hot tub (it is fantastic), and the retro kitchen was well equipped and clean. The host is very communicative, knowledgeable, and helpful. We used his recommendations for restaurants and couldn't have been more pleased. We highly recommend the house and are planning to return.

About the host
Hosted by Guy Kobey from Northern Arizona Cabin Rentals
We would like to introduce ourselves to our guests. My name is Guy Kobey and I am a 3rd generation Phoenician & Prescottonian and my wife Dixie, is originally from what used to be a “little Mayberry type town” in Illinois called Naperville. Dixie and I have been in the hospitality industry from owning restaurants, working in restaurants and resorts, and after marrying in '98, starting to rent our family cabin. We always wanted to have our own bed and breakfast in the woods. Well, having a Vacation Rental was the next best thing. Dixie and myself along with our daughters are proud of our homes you can see at ArizonaCabinRentals, ArizonaVacationRentalsUnlimited, NorthernArizonaCabinRentals, KobeysCozyCabin, and most recently LakeOfTheOzarksLakeHouse. As seen on those sights we have a small collection of our family owned and managed vacation homes in Prescott, Pinetop, Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Paradise Valley and Lake of the Ozarks. Our goal has always been to make sure our homes have everything our guests need for the perfect family vacation as you will see in our reviews!
Our easy booking process begins once you have decided to stay at one of our vacation rentals. Upon your arrival you will receive our welcome letter that includes our advice with where to find our favorite local grocery stores, restaurants and pubs, places to picnic and fish, tours, gas stations, ice cream and frozen yogurt, liquor stores, pizza, local hot spots and of course where to golf, hike, horseback ride plus so much more all within minutes of the home you are vacationing in!
We have tried to think of everything we would want at our fingertips when we are on vacation. So if there is something you would like us to do to make your vacation extra special we will do our best to make it happen for you and your family!
We hope you will stay with us and make me your “Go To Guy” when it comes to vacationing in Arizona and now Missouri at Lake of The Ozarks! Guy & Dixie Kobey
Why they chose this property
Cherry Blossom Cottage is tucked in a very cute neighborhood known to the locals as "Park." I believe Park got it's name due to it’s natural “park like” setting. This is the street that separates downtown Prescott from what I think are the cutest homes in Prescott. This slow moving road meanders through the woods and is great for a walk any time of day! Cherry Blossom Cottage is about a 15 minute walk (2 minute drive) to the downtown courthouse square, known to the locals as “the square.” The homes you will see off Park were mostly built a little before and after World War II (1935-1945). Many of these homes were built for our brave military officers and after the war were purchased by many of the Phoenicians who wanted a quick escape from the faster paced Phoenix area known as “The Valley of The Sun.” Although some of these homes have had additions to them, so many of them, just like Chery Blossom Cottage, still look like they did the day they were built around 1940. Even though our cute little cottage looks the same as it did during the good ol’ days, it has definitely been modernized with the items we have grown accustomed to like HVAC (Air Conditioning and Heat), a 2nd bathroom, Washer and Dryer as well as all of the modern appliances, a Hot Tub, and for safety reasons updated wiring and plumbing. And oh yes, we can not forget 1 Gig WIFI!!!
