This house is amazing for a family. Two master in suite bathrooms. Outdoor space with plenty of seating and a separate patio with a BBQ. Conveniently located with plenty of living space. Naples has been my family’s home for 25 years. I was formerly a banker/ finance person. When I left my job in 2010 to spend more time with my family, I started to buy properties to rent out. I have done annual rentals as well as vacation rentals.

Why they chose this property

I choose to buy this Lake Park home as I saw the neighborhood changing. My youngest daughter went to Lake Park elementary which is a few blocks from the house. The neighborhood is so family friendly and it is so centrally situated!!

What makes this property unique

This house is larger than it appears from the street! It has one bed en-suite bath on one side of living room and 3 on the other side. One of those 3 bedrooms has sliding door to the pool and an en-suite bath. The backyard is spacious with a separate courtyard, large pool and dining and relaxation area. All of this is surrounded by colorful flowering plants.
