The realty company was great. No problems there. The property however had some mold issues. Black mold in one of the bathrooms and the living room wall at the top by sliding doors was warped from past water damage. It was painted over. The front door entrance had a nice inch and a half opening at the bottom of door where previous water damage had occurred. We are not people to complain about stuff and have been staying at the beach for years. We will not be renting this property in the future. The house smelled stale like mildew. The owners really need to fix these issues.

Fabulous Vacation at Shell of a Good Time

Great location and great time of year to be in the OBX. Property has excellent amenities for teenagers. 30 seconds to the beach for walks between Jeanette and OBX Fishing Piers and to enjoy the sunrise. Will definitely seek to stay again! Resort Realty was great! Thank you for a wonderful OBX experience.

Perfect location!

Loved this cute and charming house! Very close to beach on a quiet private road! Close to everything but a great secluded house!
