Luxury oceanfront beach condo w/ direct views of ocean and pool. 3 flat screen TV's. 2 bed/2 bath + extra bonus TV room with pull out sofa. All renovated in Aug 2020. Private balcony. Condo boasts 2 pools- one is heated, fire pit, gas grills, picnic tables, shuffleboard courts, & direct beach access. All kitchen supplies, bedding, towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, fishing poles included. Washer/Dryer. Free Wi-Fi. 9 guests max & 2 parking passes. NO PETS! We rent from Saturday to Saturday.

Why they chose this property
The Pelican is one of the best run condos in New Smyrna Beach. It is close to the shops, restaurants and grocery stores. You can even walk to them! There are 2 large pools so there is no crowding in the pools and plenty of lounge chairs so no having to wake up at crack of dawn to reserve your chair. Just a good vibe and friendly.
