This is a beautiful unit. Plenty of 'extras' stocked such as coffee, paper goods, etc. Kitchen is stocked as if you live there permanently! The property manager provided plenty of information on grocery stores, restaurants, the surroundings. I would definitely stay in this unit again!

The balcony of this particular condo wraps around the corner so you get beautiful beach views on two sides of the open floor plan condo, living room and kitchen. There’s a TV and comfy couch for staying in if the weather gets bad (the place is so nice you’re gonna be great if you have to stay in!? But it’s the beach and you’re right on it with a lovely pool, get out there and enjoy it !

Check- in was easy and we were able to check in early. That was great. The kitchen was well furnished with everything you could possibly want to prepare meals. We only ate dinner in one night but had all dishes/cookware for prepping and cooking. Coffee pot, toaster, blender all available for breakfasts and much more.

Only the north side of the whole complex has the fantastic view that 311 has. Of course the south side condos have the beautiful pool view happy people enjoying it.
The higher up, the nicer the view, that's why our owners chose 311.
Everything is conveniently within walking distance.
