Excellent hosts with great communication ! Made everything simple for us, having 3 bedrooms a real plus.Convenient location to main clubhouse and pro shop. Nice course views from back lania. Quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful location

This condo met all of our needs. Great location. Beautiful, country club setting. Comfortable beds and furniture. Well equipped kitchen. WiFi and tv worked great. The owner was very helpful and quick to communicate. Renters should know that there is a mandatory amenity fee of 500 due to Heritage Palms.

Winter get-away

We have been renting for 15 years since we retired to get away from the winter in Buffalo. This is the first time we were truly disappointed in the place. While it Ed was clean, the furniture and overall appearance of the place was not what we expected. There was not one comfortable place to sit and the bedspread and towels were subpar. I immediately went out and replaced them. We usually invite our friends over for dinner but I was too embarrassed to have anyone over. The owner was easy to communicate with and she stated she was aware of the problems and that she had recently purchased the place and would be improving the state of the condo. Some day I assume it will be beautiful I just wish she had waited to rent it until that day. We left a week early.

Patricia, I am sorry this was not a good experience for you. As mentioned in our communications, we have owned only one year and accomplished quite a bit with new floors (replacing old carpet) and bedding and towels have been upgraded. The recliner that was in the photos was broken and we are looking to replace.
