This 18th floor condo is the perfect relaxing gateway for your vacation. Come and enjoy the beach lifestyle and see the sunset right from your balcony.

In the Master bedroom there’s a king sized bed with a brand new mattress and a private attached bathroom and large walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has a queen sized Murphy bed and a twin daybed with a trundle to accommodate four people. All beds and mattresses are brand new. The second bedroom also has a large walk-in closet and the second bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom.

Located right on the famous Marco Island beaches, the Gulfview Club is a desired location on the beautiful island. The Club also offers amenities including an outdoor pool with a large deck, covered parking, a fitness center, tennis and pickle-ball courts.

The condo is centrally located and walking distance to many restaurants, fun activities such as jet ski and boat rentals, great bars - some right on the beach, shopping and natural preserves.
