Anniversary Get-away

Loved the house! Older home but beautifully updated. On a one way street, directly across the beach, not much traffic. Definitely a good place for a peaceful time or small girls trip!

Loved Pied a Terre

Very well designed cottage with lots of amenities and wonderful decor. The screened porch was a hit. The location directly across from the beach access was so convenient and worked well for catching the fireworks on the 4th. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach cottage

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Folly. This beach cottage is in a great location right across the street from beach and walking distance to the restaurants. Being dog friendly was a huge plus and the fenced in yard made it super easy to travel with our fur baby!!! We will definitely be back.

This house is an Interior Designers Dream house. We loved everything about it. The location, wonderful screened porch, beautiful fully equipped kitchen, luxury linens and super comfy beds. The lighting is fabulous. We will definitely come back to this dream house again!!!!!!!!

The house was nice. I could have done without all the fur but that's just me. The couch could use some extra detailing. The bed was okay, I slept good. Over all, the luxury team really went above and beyond for my needs. Enjoyed my stay!

Girls Trip

We all enjoyed our trip to Folly Beach, Charleston SC. Your home is beautiful and so inviting. The home was stocked with paper products, coffee, and beach towels. So close to the beach, right across the street. The home is within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The back side deck was very relaxing as well. We hope to be back soon!!

Amazing, stylish & comfy retreat right across from the beach

We could not say enough great things about our stay at Pied a Terre. The location could not be better--right across from the beach, just a short walk to the bars & restaurants in the center of Folly, but well away from the crowds. The house is beautifully furnished, clean modern and comfortable with all the amenities you'd need. The kitchen was well equipped, and we cooked indoors and out on the grill a few nights. It was a wonderful place for us and our two dogs to spend our Christmas week. We'll be back for sure.

BOHO BEACH

I had been wanting to stay at this beautiful boho beach house for some time. I'm so glad that we had the opportunity to stay over my daughter's spring break. The home is gorgeous and faces the ocean. You just walk right across the street to access the beach. The screened in porch was so cozy and the main living space had everything you could possibly need for everyone to hang out and just relax, but in style. We loved the oversized dining table and found ourselves sitting around it enjoying conversation, meals, coffee, etc. quite often. The house is in a great location where you can walk to all of the shops and restaurants. It is pet friendly and the fenced in yard out front was very nice. We also enjoyed the beautiful deck and lounge chairs. The decor in this home is exquisite! So glad we spoiled ourselves and stayed in style at this one-of-a-kind boho beach house.

Charming, fantastic beach property!

This property was fabulously located (truly just steps to the beach), meticulously decorated, well-appointed with modern appliances, and everything little luxury you would need (we cook, and we never lacked a kitchen tool). The adorable fenced-in front yard was perfect for our small dog to run around safely, and the screened front porch was perfect to sit on and hear the waves and feel the ocean breezes. We feel like we really lucked out finding this property and have already recommended it to friends! (One tip to the owners: a user's manual or binder in a drawer with some tips on some of the amenities would be great--such as how to brew regular coffee in the espresso machine (we figured it out), or tips on the smart TV remote.) But all in all, just wonderful!

Absolutely Perfect Winter Vacation

We stayed for about 2.5 weeks in the month of February 2025. We brought our little pups (teacup yorkies and yorkipoo) and we couldn't have picked a more perfect location for us and our dogs. The fenced-in yard was on the top of my must-have list when searching for a property, and this didn't disappoint. Our dogs are tiny, about 3 lbs, so usually I'm worried about them getting underneath gaps or in between fencing; nope. It was just the right size and there were no gaps. I didn't worry leaving them out there without me directly following them around. We have visited FB before, but were closer to "town." We really enjoyed the distance between this house and town. It was just a 15 or so minute walk to the coffee shops, but you didn't hear any noise at night and the street was relatively quiet, as it's a one-way.The location to the beach couldn't have been closer, and you can still see the ocean through the across-street-neighbor's house. It was a breath of fresh air to be able to wake up early and simply walk across the street to the public access and enjoy the sunrise. The house has everything we needed, and some! The spare room has bunkbeds, perfect for families, but since it was just us two and the dogs, my husband used the table in there for office calls when he needed privacy (he continued to work remote while we were there).Overall, we LOVED our stay and are already planning on booking again next winter. It was the perfect stay for us. Thank you for everything!!

Fall Break at Folly Island

Loved the open concept of the house and how it was decorated! We really enjoyed hearing the ocean from the screened porch and being only steps away from the beach. We rented bikes and enjoyed biking on the beach and to the shops in Folly. We also loved how the house was within walking distance to great restaurants.

Great property; property management company needs improvements

Great property and would definitely stay again; have also recommended to friends. One recommendation would be to adding seating cushions on the front/outdoor furniture as seating not very comfortable. The fireplace leaked while we were there and had to place bowls and towels on floor as well as move the TV equipment from getting wet. The next day, roofers arrived and replaced the flashing which seemed to fixt the problem. Only complaint was property management and communication. Initial communication was good; however, was not comfortable with the late notice of them coming to change the air filters during our stay. This should be done before or after our arrival. When I expressed this, the contact told me it would only take her and her colleague a few minutes; however she never showed up or communicated that she would not be coming. I stayed in the house for several hours waiting for her as was not comfortable leaving my small dog there with individuals I do not know. I've never stayed at a vacation home and had the management company ask to perform unsolicited routine maintenance during our stay.
