We had an absolutely wonderful time! We loved waking up to seeing the ocean from our bedroom window! The covered deck facing the ocean is amazing, especially for evening meals, and the house was perfect for our family of six. Would definitely recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Everything including the beach was clean. There was a turtle nest right by our boardwalk and one of the mornings we went outside, they had hatched, so we got to see tiny turtle tracks on the beach. We didn’t venture out into town very often but would definitely recommend Berts market and the Folly escapades escape room, we enjoyed both of those:) will definitely come visit again

We decided last minute to rent a place at the beach to accommodate our family over the Easter holiday. This little beach bungalow was perfect! There is plenty of space (3 bedrooms and 2 full baths) and being beachfront was incredible. We sat on the deck and watched the sun rise and then enjoyed playing in the sand and surf with our 2-year old grandson. It was truly heaven and served as a much needed break for our adult children. The house has everything you need to be "at home" on the beach - highly recommend!

Folly Beach Fantastic Beach House

We were in town for the annual Cooper River Bridge Run....and really enjoyed our stay in this very cool Beach House, very well equipped, comfortable beds and beautiful sunrises. Host was quick to get back to us and great to work with. Would definitely stay again!

Peaceful and so fun with kids!

We had a perfect week at this property--maybe the best beach house I've stayed in. The location and beach area are wonderful, and the house was incredibly cozy and perfectly set up for a relaxing week at the beach. Adults and kids alike had a blast.

This is not a house but a home with character including some original hard wood floors. It is both well and uniquely appointed! The location is a dream. Gorgeous morning sunrises over the ocean, daily dolphins at play! Folly Beach is neat place with friendly folks. We hope to return next year!
