A great place to stay for a family getaway. This condo boasts gorgeous views of the Beach, the Bay, and the SpaceX launch site to the South. All from the 13th floor of the Sapphire Condominium Towers. This apartment is an end unit and has 2 additional windows in the living area making it the most desirable floor plan in Sapphire Condominiums. A Spacious 3 bedroom with tall ceilings, plenty of sunlight and the comfort you deserve. This property comes fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. With gulf and bay facing balconies, an open living area and 3 bedrooms your family will have plenty of space to sprawl out or come together.

Sapphire Condominiums is the premiere property on South Padre Island. Sapphire provides a hotel experience with a front desk and concierge services. Beautiful beachfront property

This condo was beautiful and the owners thought of everything to furnish it including a. beach wagon, chairs and umbrella. Very comfortable and quick and easy access to pool and beach. Gorgeous sunrise and sunset views of the ocean and the bay. Nice bar and restaurant next door too.

Great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of minor issues, but the owners were proactive in communicating with us and made every effort to quickly remedy them. Overall our experience was fantastic. We will definitely look to stay in the unit again.

Lovely place

This was our 4th year in a row staying at the Sapphire and our 2nd year in a row staying at Samantha and Evan’s residence! The views are beautiful and the condo is very clean and well equipped. The Wood’s are very pleasant to deal with. We loved it and can’t wait to go back k next year.

SPI Stay

We enjoyed the layout and spaciousness of the condo. The location was convenient especially if you wanted to pop across the bridge to go to H‑E‑B. The view from the condo was great but the blinds had to be closed at night due to the lights in the area. Would definitely be a great place to watch a Space X launch.

Loved It!

We really enjoyed our stay in 1309, very comfortable and great views! The unit came with everything you would need for a great vacation on the beach, even down to the beach chairs and wagon. Would recommend this unit to anyone and we plan on coming back hopefully soon.

The property was perfect for the 5 of us. A condo with beautiful views and windows to see all around South Padre Island. The condo is stocked with everything you will need for the beach and the pool. Plus Margaritaville Hotel access was a plus.

Absolutely perfect!

Everything about this place was perfect! The location, the check in and check out instructions, the layout of the condo, the decor, the comfortable beds, the kitchen and all the cooking supplies, the 2 decks and the world class view, the beach cart, chairs and toys, beautiful pool and neighbor resort pool, easy access to the beach, awesome workout room. This host thought of absolutely everything for this condo!

Beautiful condo in perfect location!

This condo is spacious, clean and offers views of both the Gulf and Bay. The two balconies were used often. The beds are incredibly comfortable and our family of 5 fit perfectly. The location is ideal and, in our opinion, is the best spot on SPI. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations. Thank you, Evan and Samantha! You have a beautiful home. We look forward to our next visit!

Amazing place!! Perfect mix of cozy appartment and 5-star hotel ammenities. This place is amazing, it has everything you need, from fast interent, 3 TV with premium cable & Firestick TVs, to 5-star hotel huge pool, beach accesories, beach wagon, great location... you can't ask for more. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and will defintely come back soon!! Host was super friendly and always responding quickly to our questions/needs. 10/10

Girls vacation

This was a great property and location. We enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer. The condo was clean and was very spacious for 4 people. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and dishes to cook if you do that sort of thing on vacation. The owners were really good about communicating with us when it came to a broken dryer situation. It was too cold to swim in the pool but the hot tub was great! The gym on-site had everything you could possibly need to burn those vacation calories. The views from the condo were great! We will definitely be back!

Great vacation spot

We stayed over a long weekend in mid September. This condo is the perfect location with beautiful views of the beach, marina and SpaceX. Our family of four had plenty of room and we found the place well stocked. Unfortunately we ran into tropical storm Nicholas while we were there and it momentarily knocked the island’s power for a few hours. We didn’t let that hiccup ruin our trip and still were able to enjoy the beach, pool, and local restaurants. We’d love to stay here again in the future, especially during a SpaceX launch as the views are the best. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Awesome place

The condo was beautiful and very clean. Everything was fully stocked. The kitchen had all the appliances that we needed. There were games and even books to read. The owners even provided a wagon, toys, and chairs for the beach. The only suggestion I have would be a TV in the 2nd King sized bedroom. It didn't bother us because by the time we hit the bed, we were fast asleep!
