Amenities, location, property, beach access…all just as described and more! Judith was very easy to communicate with and extremely understanding over a small detail we encountered! We will definitely be back!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and enjoy a great 4th weekend with our family!

It was pretty close to the beach. Wouldn't say private access. It was a walk to the holiday inn beach acess. Property had a lot of amenities... pool, hot tub (was the temp i usually get out of the bathtub at), heated kiddie pool (a few degrees cooler than hot tub), clean and well maintained. There was basketball, tennis and pickle ball. You need to purchase wristbands to use anything (a separate $10/person charge). Our porch would have been nice, but there was construction going on, so we had a view of scaffolding, plastic and workers directly on our porch. They also provided a good alarm for morning time (huge bummer, wasnt informed of that in advance). Not sure if host knew because the neighbors (that own and we pretty much share a porch with) said they weren't informed about a start time. The bathrooms were clean (except for the chunk of blue toothpaste i scrubbed off the sink/wall area). The kitchen cabinets were sticky with grease and fingerprints. We ended up wiping the counter and stove so we could put our stuff down and ended up with brown paper towels. We also had to flip the chair cushion because there was white crusty stuff on it. It sounds like I'm bashing the place, with all the amenities and near the beach, we had a good time
