We loved our time at this beautiful home. A perfect place from which to enjoy beaches and forest walks, and to gather for meals and games and time together as a family.
We had a great time at this location. The house was exactly we needed. There was a ton of space and a perfect amount of bathrooms. It was relaxing, private, and very comfortable.
We recently stayed at this property and could not have been more pleased. The house was so clean and accommodated many guests which was amazing! Highly recommend as the location is perfect, just a few minutes from Hardings beach and close to town. Will definitely be staying here in the future if it is available.
We stayed here with a work group of about twelve adults and loved it. Super spacious, the living room and deck are wonderful, and location near Chatham main street plus proximity to beaches was amazing. We had the best time!
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house! The house is very spacious with lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and a cozy living room area.
The patio is big and the view amazing.
The house was extremely clean and the check in couldn’t have been easier.
I would definitely recommend staying here!
7 guys in our 50’s stayed for a reunion fishing weekend on the Cape. Great location, nice place. Could hold a very large crew. Was perfect for our weekend and Kibbi was terrific to deal with. Would definitely recommend for a large group get together.
Amazing home. Clean, comfortable, plenty of hang out spaces for big and small groups. Convenient location. We had a mini family reunion, ages 10-83. Everyone had a bedroom, and the teens had a whole suite, while the littles had a cabin for playing and sleepovers. The property manager also went above and beyond by picking up a shellfish license for us so we could clam over the Fourth of July weekend. Thanks for an amazing stay.
We had our large family come together from all across the south for a wedding in Chatham. Unfortunately for us it POURED the entire weekend, but luckily for us we were able to hang out at this amazing house all together. Perfect living room for coming together, having the fire on and enjoying company. There were plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready for the wedding in and everyone had their own space. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Lots of conveniences in the house. Worked well for our family group of 11 adults. Lots of beds and bathrooms. No en-suite bathrooms. Enjoyed a good variety of tasty seafood nearby. Nice, relaxing beaches nearby. Easy (midweek) drive to Provincetown. Everyone in shops and restaurants in Chatham was helpful and accommodating.
The property is very accommodating. We had everything we need it. We had a couple of seniors with mobility issues in our group so the downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms were a necessity. The property was very clean. Too bad for us that we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it more since we were attending a wedding in the town
Beautiful house and plenty of room for a large family
This house was simply perfect for our large family weekend with three generations. It had ample room, great sleeping arrangements, very clean and everything we needed. The deck was spectacular. We enjoyed sitting out in the sun enjoying coffee during the morning. The additional swing space allowed the kids and adults to each have their own hang out area and having two kitchens/two fridges was amazing. The photos don't do it justice.
The location can't be beat with being close to downtown Chatham and Harwichport. Hardings beach was great too.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a large house with a great location.
We had a wonderful yearly family trip! Fantastic location and a really fun house with a nice cottage feel. The only small issue we had with this property was the beds and hence the overall 4 star rating. Would have given a 4.5 if there was an option for it. Most of them were exceedingly firm mattresses and i'd recommend upgrading that or providing some toppers for the firm ones. Also, the pillows left quite a bit to be desired. I know we can bring our own, but dont expect to do that usually with a rental like this. Suggest a few different types thrown in for choices. Otherwise this is a great property and we enjoyed the layout and also really liked the deck.
Our group was 10 adults, which was four couples and two singles. We all had lots of good options for sleeping arrangements and there were plenty of bathrooms and showers for a group of this size. In addition, there is a very large dining room table at which people plugged into work as necessary or did some gaming. The living area is large and comfortable and we all hung out there to relax and catch up. We ate most of our meals out, but the kitchen is very well stocked and really would be great if you were cooking in.
Everyone enjoyed their stay, plenty of privacy balanced with outstanding common spaces, clean and convenient!
The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great early summer stay. The views of the water were calming and the neighborhood very quiet. Great location in West Chatham. Communicating with Kibibi was easy. We look forward to coming back.
We had a great time celebrating my sister’s birthday and upcoming wedding! The property was perfect and fit 19 of us comfortably. The owner was responsive and very helpful throughout the weekend. The property was also clean and the fact that towels/sheets were provided made our stay that much better. I highly recommend glamping here!!
Everyone in our group loved the location and the house. We visited local and farther out beaches, strolled through town, used the kayaks on the river, and visited several museums/science centers.
The age range for our group is 4 to 70+ and there was something for everyone. The house has a wonderful deck overlooking the Oyster River and lots of indoor space for dancing, theatrics, kids games.

Great Location - Spacious accommodations for large groups.
Great house for large groups/family gatherings. Has everything you need for from cooking supplies to board games.
My only reservation would be having to set up all the beds/linens upon your arrival and before you leave, seems like this would be a service provided by the house given the amount a guest is paying to stay there.

Thank you very much for choosing to stay at Harborview Lodge, and for the kind words about the house and how it is equipped! We try to anticipate the needs of our guests by having what you need, from kitchenware to board games, to bandaids! We’re very happy that you enjoyed it.
Thank you for being great guests. You left the house in wonderful condition! We really appreciate the care you took of our place. It goes a long way in helping us provide a great stay for the next group, especially when the time between turnovers is short.
We also appreciate your feedback about the linens. With a house that has 19 beds, we don’t want guests to have to bring their own sheets and towels. We include linens with the rental, and we rely on a local laundry service to launder and deliver the fresh linens. It is a challenge to coordinate the delivery of the linens with our cleaners’ schedule, which is one reason that the linens are left in bags for our renters to use. Even if coordinating those schedules were not a problem, we would be inclined to leave the fresh sheets out for our guests to put on the beds themselves, because it assures them that the linens are fresh and clean, and that the beds have not been slept in. Especially in a house with so many beds, we worry that even our cleaners could mistake a slept-in bed for a clean one during a turnover. If that were ever to happen, I would not blame our renters for wondering if all of the beds had been slept in, which would be quite a difficult problem to manage with so many beds! All that to say, we complete understand your point of view, and appreciate the input.
Thank you, again, for taking the time to write a review, and for all of your feedback. We are very pleased that you had a good stay, and want you to know that you’re welcome to come back anytime!

Perfect for a family reunion
This is a beautiful home that is large enough to host a family reunion of 20 - 25 people.
The back deck that overlooks the water, is a great place to hang out and the gas fireplace is awesome for chilly evenings.
The kayaks were a big hit with the chidren.
We hope to return again sometime.

Welcome to our Cape Cod slice of heaven!
My introduction to the Cape was all thanks to my husband, whose family has been vacationing here since he was four years old (basically since the dawn of time). I fell so hard for the salt air and the lifestyle that I made it my mission to ensure our kids grew up as "Cape kids" too. That’s how we ended up in West Dennis.
Now, a little warning: I don’t do "small." I come from a pack of seven siblings and a small army of 13 nieces and nephews scattered across the globe. Every year, we descend upon the Cape for "Cousins' Week", which is exactly as loud, sandy, and wonderful as it sounds.
Because I’m used to a "the more the merrier" lifestyle, I invested in this bigger home specifically to handle the beautiful chaos of multigenerational family takeovers, friend reunions, or retreats. Whether you’re here for a quiet getaway or a full-blown family reunion, we hope you make enough memories to last until next summer!
