We stayed here for 6 nights with 2 of our adult children. The house was beautiful in an exceptionally quiet, peaceful setting with panoramic views and a wrap around deck. The house was comfortable and pristine with a beautiful kitchen that was very well stocked with everything you’d need for cooking in and very nice bathrooms with great showers! Chatham is centrally located for quick trips to many public beaches. We visited Chatham beaches, Nauset beach and Corporation Beach. We were able to watch seals from the private beach one night.

This place is a gem and was perfect for my family. We were 3 adult couples and found the home to be suitable to our needs. The kitchen was the central gathering spot and very well stocked for cooking meals together. The views of the water, outdoor spaces around the whole house, and walking distance to the beach made it so enjoyable. Each bedroom with en suite bathroom felt like their own suites, allowing for comfort and privacy. The location was quiet and private but a short drive to so much. Great bird watching and we also saw seals feeding from the deck (using our binoculars). The whole house was recently renovated and everything felt new. It was also very clean and nicely decorated. We had a few issues while there - check in was challenging because the lock boxes that hold the keys are not in good working order and we couldn’t get them open. It took many tries (in the pouring rain). After about an hour of trying and someone from Del Mar on the way to help, we finally made it inside. Del Mar was helpful and apologetic, stating they would provide a small refund for our troubles, but I’m not sure if they actually did that. The other big issue was the bed in the first floor bedroom - the frame was not put together properly and it caused the mattress to severely sag in the middle so the 2 people sleeping in there did not sleep that first night. Again, Del Mar was responsive and sent a technician out to fix it. We later found the pieces to the bed frame in a dresser drawer.

Beautiful home, beautiful location. Kitchen was well stocked, including some common spices & cooking oils. Plenty of room to spread out, gorgeous deck. Loved the fire pit too (check the shed before buying wood!)The only suggestion I would have is to replace the key lockboxes. I would have been unable to open them were my husband not present because they require a certain amount of manual dexterity, Otherwise, a lovely stat at a lovely home.

Family of 6 adults stayed- would rebook! Immaculate and a complete Cape vibe, including a huge birds nest to see in the neardistance on the next property. Newly renovated and updated from top to bottom.Able to enjoying meal time outside and inside. Best WOW was sitting on deck watching a sky full of nighttime stars.
