Our stay was absolutely amazing! This home is fully stocked for everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked along with a plethora of books available for some down time reading. It was also great having two wings of bedrooms to give our group space so we wouldnt be on top of each other. The separate living areas with the kitchen was also quite ideal. The neighborhood was great with very friendly people. The private beach access was also such a nice feature that made things significantly easier and more relaxing. I would definitely consider going back if I'm going with a group of 10 or so again!

Lots of space and rooms for privacy. Table tennis a big hit. One block from best beach on Sanibel with private entrance limited to neighbors. No pool was not a problem

Wonderful Spring Break

This was our first time back to Sanibel since the hurricanes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. The host was the easiest host to work with. Definitely plan to go back.

Definitely recommend this home!

Beautiful accommodations! The private beach was loaded with shells and a short walk. Mike the owner was available with a few very minor questions and made sure our stay was great! Would highly recommend and hope to be back someday!

We had a great time. Property is large and comfortable, very clean, it has everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation and it is very close (5 min walk) to the beach.

House nicely redone after Hurricane Ian. Very thoughtful and considerate host. Lots of privacy in the house. Close to best beach in Sanibel.

Great Vacation Stay and Pet Friendly

We absolutely loved this place. It had everything and more we need for our stay which made it a relaxing stay. So much to do and the fruit trees were an added bonus. See so many people with their pets in the neighbor was comforting as well. We can't wait to stay again and have told many of our friends about it.

Quiet Get Away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything a family of 5 needed and the practically private beach was a short walk away. We appreciated being away from the masses, but restaurants were only 5 minutes away by car.

The owner was awesome in communicating and was incredibly patient and flexible through the ups and down of the pandemic ... with so much uncertainty with kids schools, testing and flight he was will to work with us on changes in plan.

Family trip

Located 400 yards from our private beach, with magnificent shelling, this is one of the few single family homes on Sanibel that is licensed to lease for periods of less than 30 days.

What makes this property unique

No traffic lights, miles and miles of bike paths. Great shelling on our private beach. We supply bikes for free, along with beach chairs, blankets, coolers, beach toys for the kids.
Casual restaurants with fantastic food. Year round sunshine.
