A very cute cottage in a beautiful location. When we needed something, the property manager was over within 15 minutes. Very well taken care of and excellent lake access right across the street!
The air-conditioning wasn't working, the tech came out to the cottage, but it didn't get repaired. The floor was dirty. A huge spill next to the fridge, it was dryed and old. I cleaned it up. My suggestions, supply a box fan to the cottage. There wasn't a screen on the bedroom window, And without the air-conditioning workable, it was really stuffy. A open window would have been much more comfortable. It was hard to get to sleep because of dead air in the bedroom We found the screen out side by the air-conditioning unit, as the tech had been dispatched, but it was too late to do us any good. NEXT, supply the cottage with a broom, I would have swept the floor. It was crunching under my bare feet.NEXT a inexpensive full length mirror in the bedroom, really needed. I would also suggest a ceiling fan in the living room and one in the bedroom. I realize this is a upgrade to the cottage, but it would make it so much more comfortable. I travel a lot, and stay at a variry of properties, I generally don't complain and I don't expect perfection. However I do Expect the advertised descriptive amenities to be in working condition. As well as a clean floor, OR a lesser price to be offered to me to compensate for my inconvenience. This was less than comfortable accommodation. It's only fair to expect a much better experience with this last stay. I Respectful offer my honest opinion here.Thank you
