Welcome to our newly renovated Mammoth Hütte apartment. We are located on the main road in downtown Mammoth Lakes, steps away from popular dining and a free town bus stop which offers easy access to Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort ( You will enter the apartment into a great room that comfortably combines the living and kitchen spaces into one open living experience. A wall of windows makes the space open and bright. The kitchen includes a microwave, 2- burner cook top, fridge, coffee maker and a full array of utensils, dishes, pot and pans, etc so you have all you need to cook meals. The dining table allows for comfortable food serving and eating space. The bathroom is off the great room and includes a tub/shower combo so you can soak your weary muscles after a long day on the mountain or can use it for a child’s bath before bedtime. For your comfort, the bedroom has a king-size Zinus Green Tea memory foam mattress and the sofa bed has a queen-sized Ashley Furniture quality memory foam mattress. Additionally, every window in the apartment is dressed with Eclipse Absolute Zero blackout curtains which will assist with getting a great night’s sleep. The apartment offers high speed wifi and is equipped with a smartTV. The apartment is child friendly. If you are lucky enough to get significant amount of snow during your stay, you might hear the town snow plows clearing the roads and parking lot. A sound machine for sleeping is provided for those who are light sleepers. There is no smoking of any kind on the premises. Pets are not allowed. Parking Secure garage parking is located under the apartment with a set of indoor stairs to reach the entrance of the apartment. The garage has ample space to store skis and bikes. There is a 220V outlet (NEMA 14-50) for electric vehicle charging also in the garage. No charging cable is provided. A maximum of 2 small to medium cars/trucks are allowed on the premises. Height of garage is 6'8". Exceptions are not allowed.
Noise Potential: Snowplows will be plowing both sides of the building when needed during day or night (during storms). Noise potential from other guests. Internet: Internet connectivity and wifi is not guaranteed due to provider and mountain weather. The Neighborhood There is no need to drive anywhere and fight for parking at Mammoth Mountain. A town bus stop is within a block and gives access to the whole town and mountain lodges. You can catch the bus at Main Lodge and be back to the apartment bus stop in 15 minutes. Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The grocery store is a 6 minute walk away. A bank w/ ATM is adjacent to the property. Great home base to explore the Mammoth area! I enjoyed my stay because the condo is comfortable and close to the supermarket, to restaurants and to businesses. The host, Julie, is a great communicator and kept me informed and the condo was in excellent condition and I felt very comfortable. I also enjoyed the nice memory foam mattress (at least I think that's what it is).
This is a nice place. Love the garage in the winter and the charging option. Comfortable bed and roomy living area. The heater worked well. We really enjoyed it.
Perfect family stay in a cozy condo in an ideal location!
We loved our stay for holiday ski trip in Mammoth Lakes! Clean home, comfy beds, large garage, kitchen. Just minutes away from the ski resort. The place is walking distance to many restaurants, several groceries, movie theater. The owner, Julie, is very nice and accommodating! We will be back!

disgusting room, sticky floors, foul smell, and lots of unknown hair in and ontop of the bed
The apartment is exactly as advertised. It is quite clean and has had a recent interior refresh. We liked the location, being central to Old Mammoth, with ready, walkable access to much of what we wanted—Vons, restaurants, free shuttle, Starbucks, etc. We would gladly stay again.

Great stay! Huge garages that we could store our bikes in. The EV charging was free in the garage which is a huge plus. The apartment was really clean and the bed was comfortable. Everything we needed in the kitchen to make some meals. We did walk to a few restaurants also - one of which was next door. Great location and easily hopped on and off the town shuttle by the apartment. Julie was a great host and we definitely will stay here again.
Cleanliness is the most important factor for us when choosing a property to rent. This place has been recently remodeled with modern touches, high ceilings and comfortable beds. Highly recommended and was a perfect place for our family of four.
I'm a physical therapist (with an entrepreneurial spirit). I enjoy traveling and meeting people from all around the world. My husband and I remodeled our building in Mammoth Lakes so that we can share the awesomeness of Mammoth with everyone. We try our best to get our kids outside on adventures as much as possible!
