This beautiful 3 bedroom condo is in the heart of Savannah's downtown Historic District. It is located amongst a selection of shops known as the "Design District" just north of Forsyth Park, on Jones Street. Jones Street is also famous for being "the prettiest street" in Savannah and even voted one of the prettiest streets in the world.

The master bedroom has a King size bed and en suite luxury bathroom with soaking tub and walk in shower.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a Queen bed. The 2nd bathroom is located off the hallway so it is convenient for all guests. It is also a modern bathroom with walk in shower.

The kitchen has a back door onto the shared back deck with 2 seats, and a set of steps leads to the condominium building's beautiful shared patio space. The patio is available for respectful visitors to use between 8am and 9pm.

Parking is on the street. This is free nights and weekends! It costs $1 per hour using the ParkSavannah app for weekdays 8am to 5pm.

On this platform we use a No Refund policy. The initial booking payment is non refundable if you cancel. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival you will not owe the remaining balance payment. We do offer trip cancelation insurance to add onto your reservation through CSA Generali insurance. Guests please be aware:
We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. You will then need to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO.

Our short stay was great!
I initially planned to bring my best friends but one tore her meniscus and had to have surgery so one bestie came and my daughter who is a freshman stayed two nights with us. We basically shopped, ate and had cocktails. We visited the SCAD Sidewalk Chalk event as well. The accommodations were perfect. One suggestion-you only have two wine glasses. 3 would be nice to match the 3 bedrooms. Or a full set of 4 to 6.

Stunning property
We absolutely loved staying here. It's so historical and beautifully decorated. It's charming and and such a great location. We were able to walk everywhere. The tree lined street was spectacular. We'll definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything.

Comfortable furnishings in a great location
The condo was large and airy with high ceilings and open spaces with a nice pleasant feel. The furniture, beds, linens were quite comfortable and the location was great, we could walk to most places. Mary from property management was very responsive answering my questions and sent someone immediately to change the battery when the smoke detector started beeping. We were there during a cold spell and the back bedroom got too cold for comfort. The rest of the condo was fine. The dual locking system, the building front door and the condo front door both with 2 locks and some key duplication took a bit to figure out. We didn't use any of the kitchen applicances except the Kerig coffee maker which worked fine. We would suggest it would be nice to have a few coffee pods and pehaps a tea bag or two to get folks started as the nearest grocery is half a mile away. While we had a wonderful visit would recommend this condo, especially in warmer weather, we did notice that the supplies were more sparse than we have seen in other places we have rented.
