Unit 14 is a cozy single-room, ¾-bath suite with a queen bed, loveseat, kitchenette, gas fireplace, and deck with table, chairs, and gas grill. Enjoy cable TV and free DVD movie rentals or explore downtown shopping and dining minutes from your door. Rocky Mountain National Park rests three miles away and your stay includes complimentary snowshoe rentals during the winter. Dogs welcome with approval ($25 per dog/per night) but no other pets and no smoking, please. Sleeps two.

Our stay at Sunnyside Knoll was simply amazing. The cabin, the views, the hot tub, and the privacy was much needed for two parents wanting to get away for the weekend. I highly recommend Sunnyside in Estes Park!

We had a wonderful stay. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and perfect for two. The cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to feel right at home.The location was fantastic—close to Rocky Mountain National Park and convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. After a day of exploring, it was great to come back to.

We went for our honeymoon and had a beautiful view of the mountains, just a few minutes away from both the RMNP and the downtown area. There was another Inn across the street with the coziest bar featuring live music. Despite all that, we still had our privacy. Would definitely like to return!

Perfect size cabin for two with stove and refrigerator and kitchen essentials and a grill to cook meals. Very much enjoyed the hot tub in the evening after hiking in RMNP during the day. Location is less than a 5 minute drive to Estes Park and Estes Park visitor center.

Enjoyed the place loved the location - Highly recommend! If you come during the hot part of the summer you will need to use a fan that is in the room and open up the cabin to cool it down. We were still very comfortable. Would stay here again. They had excellent communication.

Our cabin was very clean. The hot tub was perfect and very clean. The cabin is small but it is what we expected. Had everything we needed for a weekend stay for a wedding.

Estes Park vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Sunnyside Knoll Resort. The cabin was very clean and cozy. It was wonderful to enjoy the hot tub as well. Highly recommend this place to friends.
