Enjoy this sunny first floor 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo in the quiet Bethany Bay Resort Community.

The condo offers two primary bedrooms and full baths. The first bedroom has a king size bed and its own full bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and private entrance to the second full bath. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy your crab feast and other meals at the table for six in the eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is open to the living area with two bar stools for additional seating. After a day at the beach, relax on the screened porch with views over the salt marsh.

Bethany Bay offers an outdoor community swimming pool (seasonal dates apply - typically from Memorial Day to Labor Day only), hot tub, 9 hole executive golf course (additional fees apply), basketball court, tennis & pickelball courts (reservations required), volleyball court, wooded nature trails, fishing pond, playground, paved walking paths, and a kayak launch to the bay. Use of the unit’s guest passes to the community pool included with the reservation. Bring your golf clubs, bikes, and kayaks to fully enjoy this beautiful setting on the Indian River Bay. Visit the Bethany Beach Boardwalk, Rehoboth Beach, Fenwick Island, Ocean City, and other beach attractions nearby. Owner provides beach chairs (as they last the season) and storage in the garage for your beach toys during your stay.

Other amenities: Keyless entry; central A/C & heating; stacked washer & dryer unit; complimentary Wifi; TVs with Hulu TV streaming; Blue Ray DVD; brew coffee maker and single cup keurig; blender; crockpot; cookware and dishes; board games; ceiling fans. Assigned parking for one vehicle in the garage driveway and for a 2nd vehicle in the first-come, first-served unassigned parking spaces in front of the building as available.

Note: LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED AT THE PROPERTY. Please bring your own or rental is available by contacting Gale Force Rentals at (800) 321-1592 or (302) 539-6244 or any other local provider to make linen and towel rental arrangements directly.

Second season

We enjoyed ourselves so much in 2024 that we returned in 2025. As always, Bethany Bay is a quiet leisure development with plenty of outdoor activities. Roni is a terrific host and the condo is well appointed, comfortable, and beautifully decorated.

This beach condo is perfection! Has everything a family of 5 with 3 kids 13 and under could need! Great beach stuff, fully stocked kitchen and everything for our 2 pups! The screened in porch was my favorite place in the morning to sip my coffee with my pups! Very convenient on the 1st floor so no steps which was great for my 14 year old pup! The pull out couch was great for my 10 year old, she said it was comfortable and loved having the entire living room to herself over night! The owners are the most responsive I have ever dealt with…. responding in minutes sometimes which was amazing! Another awesome point to highlight was the wildlife that you see right from the condo including all kinds of birds, deer and rabbits! We truly loved every minute and are planning to return again! It’s the best condo! As others say in the reviews, the photos do not do it justice and the attention to detail with the decor and amenities is impeccable. We had a wonderful time! The condo is beautiful and suited our needs perfectly. Internet pictures do not do it justice. It was beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the screened in deck watching the deer (they get the zoomies too, who knew!) and the bunnies! When we had a question Roni was super quick to respond. Wonderful week in Southern Delaware

We just spent a week from August 3-10 and couldn’t be happier with our choice. The condo is wonderfully decorated, spacious for four adults, incredibly clean and bright, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The screened rear deck offers beautiful views of the salt marsh, where we sat and watched heron, deer, and just quietly read in the constant breeze. There was so much to do in the area (close beaches, dolphin watch tour, outlet shopping, etc) that it was easy to keep entertained when the weather was uncooperative. Bethany Bay was a nice community with plenty of outdoor activities for when you just wanted to relax and stay local. This was our first time staying with Roni and we would happily return again. Thank you for a great stay!

This condo in the Bethany Bay community has everything you need for a great vacation. The place is well furnished with everything you need and has all the decorative touches of a beachy getaway. The owners spare no expense to ensure you have everything you need and are extremely fast to respond at anytime of any needs. Clean, nicely furnished and decorated and dog friendly! We ate most meals at the condo which had a well equipped kitchen. 15 minute drive to the Bethany beach with traffic. Great to "come home", be surrounded by nature and less crowds. Loved sitting on the screened porch with beautiful view!

Perfect!

This condo was perfect for our family and our needs. My husband and I and our 10 year old and 6 year old plus our pup had the best vacation! It was so well stocked we just had to show up with our stuff and the condo had everything. Close to Bethany and OC and the Millville Boardwalk was perfect for a night of mini golf and the arcade. We will be definitely booking for next year if it’s available!!

Amazing Condo

This was such a clean and well decorated condo! Location is great, neighbors friendly, and pool is awesome. Enjoyed watching the wildlife and birds through the screened in porch. Also loved the fact that much of the land is environmentally protected and preserved. The owner/mabager was so easy to work with and very responsive. We experienced no disappointments or issyes during our stay! As i said - just amazing!!!!

Lovely Beach Condo

We had a wonderful week in/ around Bethany Beach in this beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable beach condo. Great, convenient location in a lovely setting, and dog friendly! The community pool and playground were a hit with the kids, as were the paths and trails with the dogs. We all loved the screened in porch, especially at sunset, and watching the Great Blue Herons, birds, deer, etc. Hosts were very helpful and responsive while booking, etc., although we did not need a thing our entire stay. We will remember this trip fondly!

Definition of a perfect family getaway. Condo has eveything you need. Very clean and organized. The instructions for check-in and check-oit was a big help. The pool and porch were you huge plus. You could see deer everyday from the porch. Anything else you need is within twenty minutes. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time at this condo. It's in a lovely location on the bay, and we enjoyed seeing all the wildlife from the back porch (deer, birds). The fact that it was per friendly was so nice. We enjoyed the ocean, pool, trails, and much more. It's a great place!
