Very homey. We loved the light coming from the skylight and the fact that it was a real home, not just a rental for tourists was a plus.

Terrifice vacation get away

We loved this place! it’s very clean and nicely decorated, we felt very comfortable throughout our stay! It’s in a great location with an amazing bakery right down the road and a metro stop only a short walk away. Nicholas was a great host and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here!

Mignon & Confortable!

We enjoyed staying here, the home owner clearly has put a lot of love into the space. He was super nice and responsive when we reached out. It is a great layout and had everything we needed. We love to cook, and were especially grateful for the many supplies in the kitchen. We would definitely return to stay here!

Si bel emplacement perle rare

La maisonnette sous les arbres au cœur des Buttes de Chaumont, est un endroit rare, distinct et appréciable. Nous n'entendons aucun bruits de la rue. Que le chant des oiseaux parmi la verdure environnante. La maison est idéale pour 2 x personnes avec une chambre fermée et un lits simple au salon servant aussi de divan. Tout est a proximité; le parc magnifiques des Buttes de Chaumont, épiceries, restaurants, boulangerie et les stations de métro. Nous avons apprécié la communication avec Nicolas le propriétaire. Il est chaleureux et accueillant. Nous aimerions beaucoup retourner quelques jours à nouveau, ce temps dans cette petite allée intime avec les quelques maisonnettes de ce milieu de vie intime. C'est avoir le sentiment d'être à la campagne au cœur de Paris. Merci pour le confiance. Xavier Pier

Entspannt mit der Metro zu erreichen und die Lage ist super. Jedoch unzureichende Sauberkeit,klebrige Oberflächen und Kleidermotten. Vermieter bewohnt die Wohnung, daher gefüllte Schränken und viele Flaschen Alkohol...

Nette französische Unterkunft

Eigentlich ganz nette Unterkunft. Typisches französisches Flair. Aber:Man hat den Eindruck, der Hausherr sei nur mal kurz weg: alles voll mit persönlichen Gegenständen, der Kühlschrank halb voll, alle Schränke voll und verschlossen. Keinerlei Möglichkeiten für eigene Wäsche und Kleider. Man kann nichts aufhängen oder ablegen.Man muss komplett aus dem Koffer leben. Für längeren Aufenthalt deshalb eher weniger geeignet

Lieu sympa pour séjour parisien

Cet appartement à tres bien correspondu à mon sejour à Paris pour un colloque et quelques expo : bien placé et charmant. L’accueil de l’hôte est précis et sympatique. Je renouvellerai avec plaisir.
