Located in the Somerset complex this 9th floor unit has stunning Marco beach views. With western exposure giving you fantastic nightly sunsets. The balcony is private on both ends with privacy walls. The Somerset complex is luxury at its finest. Central beach front location allows for easy walking to some of Marcos best restaurants, bars, shopping, water sports, and other near by activities. The Somerset complex offers two heated salt water pools, two out door charcoal grilling areas, pickleball and tennis courts, as well as, private beach access through its board walks. Newly added gym and remodeled lobby area. The unit itself is ready for you and your family to enjoy Marco Island!

Please be aware that after we accept your booking request, you will be receiving an email from The Somerset association for you to fill out their HOA form. This form has a non refundable fee of $150.

During May 1 - October 31 Renters see below in regards to Turtle Season

"Lessee [or substitute “Tenant” or “Renter” for “Lessee” everywhere that word appears in this paragraph, based on the term used in your Lease] acknowledges and understands that the period from May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Lessee agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Beautifully remodeled condo! Plenty of space, beach toys are are available, quiet location, gorgeous views. Property owners/managers were great to communicate with and were super helpful. My only gripes were the small amount of dishes and paper goods, and the beach is not soft - but great for shelling.

Best Area

We love the Somerset, 905 was the best unit we stayed in so far. Best views of the ocean and the most amazing sunsets each night. Close to so much! We cannot wait to book this unit again.

The property was perfectly clean and we really enjoyed it. Our only concern was the statement of no sand or sea shells in the facility. Our entire trip was to find sea shells! We did not take shells into the rooms but we did use the porch area. We were very careful and cleaned up after ourselves. This was absolutely the only issue.

The screen from the living area out to the patio was ripped and taped. When we arrived at the condo gate we gave the security guard our name and unit#, which were told to do by the property manager so we could enter the condo facility. He had no record of us staying there, unsure why this occurred. We were fortunate that he let us enter. This shouldn't happen. Also, not a big deal but would prefer a key pad to enter and exit the unit instead of having to use keys.

Nicely-remodeled, comfortable property with stunning balcony views of the gulf. Easy check-in/check-out and very responsive owner and manager. Perfect place for a beach vacation.

Beautiful place

I know I’m late to this post but stayed last June and loved it. The home was great, just wished that the guest bedroom was more private and not have the glass doors so that people can see in.

Awesome Hosts

This is our second time at Somerset but first time hosted by Kurt and Katalina. Compared to our first time here this vacation was so much better from start to finish. Katalina’s communication and helpfulness made booking and check in and check out very easy. Kurt’s response time to our little problems during the week was amazingly quick. Although furnishings were new and comfortable the condo itself needs some attention. We will definitely be hosted by Katalina and Kurt in the future.

Clean and comfy

Nicely remodeled bathrooms and beds were comfy.Kitchen was clean. Would have appreciated a small cooler available as well as a wine corker. In addition it would have been nice to have a couple yeti type mugs available for time at beach. A throw blanket would also have been nice. Cart to bring to beach had a wheel that would fall off so we had to carry everything down…. Overall however it was a great stay and would recommend it to anyone. I too would feel this place was an option for future stays!

Oceanfront Delight

Charming ocean decor, well stocked kitchen, Very clean , spacious oceanfront 9th floor unit. We could hear the waves nightly, from master suite. Patio was great for outdoor dinning as well as just relaxing. With a panoramic Gulf View. It was a lovely energy reset for us. Looking forward to our next stay.

Second time here and still love it!

This is our second time staying in this condo. It's very comfortable and has all you could need. The owner is in contact prior to arrival to be sure you have access to the condo and is available during your stay if you need anything. The Somerset is in a great location and is walking distance to several restaurants. Most importantly, you can't beat the view of the Gulf and the Marco sunsets! We plan to return!

Great location but would not stay at this condo again

We visit Marco Island 3 times a year. It was a great location but shower doors would not close,mold around shower trim, kitchen plates are chipped. Would not recommend.

Great beachfront condo

Very nice condo unit. Great location near many restaurants and things to do. Great sunset views and beachfront location. Beach area was never crowded and far enough away from the loud busy beach resorts. Unit was very nicely furnished and in great condition. The master bathroom was the only room that was not updated and was showing some wear. A selection of games and cards would be nice to have for rainy days. But otherwise it is a great stay.

First time to Marco

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo at the Somerset complex. The condo itself is classy but relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and the selection of cookware was just right for us. We truly enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from this 9th floor condo and greatly appreciate the assortment of beach chairs and other provided beach accessories. The owner was very quick to respond to questions and also provided us with a list of recommended restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to my friends.

Loved the view but the condo needs some updating

Walked in to see carpet that had several stains all over it. Loved the updated kitchen and bathrooms but the living. Room furniture and dirty carpet throughout is an eye sore. The view is amazing. The property is beautiful.
