We love the open floor-plan, amazing indoor/outdoor setting and private getaway this home offers. 10 minutes from the beach, 15 from the speedway, and 7 minutes from downtown events. The property backyard features a chickee hut with fire table, pool house, salt pool, hot tub, outdoor cabana bar, dock over the water and is surrounded by a 5' privacy wall and cctv exterior video security system. It includes a large gated parking area for an RV or trailer and additional parking for 4 more vehicles in the private drive. The interior is immaculately updated with an 11' island and open concept connected great room with water views as you enter. Featuring two master suites, one with whirlpool tub and the other with dual-shower spa, upscale laundry, a 3rd bedroom featuring a queen bed and closet, and the common room has a pull-out queen sofa if needed. Free high-speed Wifi, AC, self check-in entry with guest code access, 4k flat screen TVs throughout, enhanced cleaning, and customizable experience. Just bring yourselves and be ready to take a break and enjoy. Daytona is famous for it's beaches, speedway, bike week, and outdoor activities. This property features an all new interior including windows. Daytona Beach has an above ground train system and there are times when the train will be heard. The property is fairly far away from the train but it should be considered! Please ask any questions in advance!
