Host was responsive & welcoming. Berto was kind, pleasant & helped us get situated. Good for large family - enough beds & baths for all. The view was amazing- enjoyed coffee every morning on the deck. Reason for 3 vs 5 stars: Home was worn and not in the shape represented by the photos. A bit in need of paint & cleaning. The furniture on deck was ripped. No beach chairs provided- only beach towels. Kitchen was not fully stocked but had enough utensils to get by. The stove was hard to use….. couldn’t judge temps or which burners were on. Beds ok, baths ok. The beach photo is not the beach that is a 5 minute walk. That beach is short, rocky and chairs are a must! We drove to multiple local beaches instead. Everything is about 20 minutes away- so not bad. I expected more based on reviews from others and photos. Leaving this review to help others as they make vacation plans.

Excellent stay

We had a fantastic stay! Communication with Berto, the house manager, was excellent—he was responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. The house itself was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of 13. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and take in the spectacular views, especially while enjoying a game of pool on the covered deck. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful, and the beach was just a short walk away—and just as stunning. Highly recommended!

The house is roomy, clean, and most of all has an amazing view of the ocean! The game room is fun for families. It is gated for extra security and ease of mind. Also, communication with the owner was wonderful, he reached out even before check in to welcome us to the property. Location is close to ferry but far enough away from the town to be peaceful. Short downhill walk to a beach.

Blue on the hill

This was a perfect spot for a group of teens. It wasn’t just a mash of bunk beds and had lots of bathrooms. I wish it had been a walk to town but it was an easy walk to the beach.

Absolutely incredible!!!

This property was absolutely perfect for our large group of 11! Everyone had their own bed and privacy. We had a small issue with the fridge not working and it was immediately replaced! The owner and property manager did a fantastic job of making sure we had everything we needed. We will for sure be back!
