This unit has 1,068 square feet with queen beds in both the master and front bedroom. The third bedroom offers 2 twin beds and there is a queen sofa sleeper. Both bathrooms are fully updated and there is a washer and dryer in the hallway. The open floor plan has new wood flooring throughout the kitchen, dining and living areas with comfortable, rustic furniture. A well-stocked kitchen and plenty of open counter space allow for families to gather around the rustic table with 6 chairs and 3 stools for relaxing, playing games, and sharing meals. Warm up next to the wood-burning fireplace, or relax on the private deck overlooking the river and pond. Open the windows and you can hear the rushing river all night long - no air conditioning. Perfect place for any getaway! Family friendly!
In the main living room comfortable furnishings accent the wood fireplace, TV, large sky light to invite extra sunshine or a quick view of the starry sky at night and private deck with a view of the Fraser River.
An open dining area between the living room and kitchen offers a large wood table with western décor dining chairs will seat 6 persons.
A fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of counter tops space for meal preparation.
In the master bedroom you can relax in a queen bed, have access to the en-suite remodeled bathroom and access the private deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air with your cup of coffee or enjoy the evening sunset.
A queen bed in the second bedroom and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom – great for children. The second full bathroom is accessible from the main hallway. Sofa sleeper in the living room for extra guests.

This unit is on the third floor, a few steps away from the free town shuttle stop but you can also walk to Main Street which is 2 blocks away to enjoy all the downtown restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities.
