About this property

Perfectly located studio in the heart of Eugene. Close to U of O, Performing Arts and numerous restaurants. Or just settle in and get cozy in my cute little studio with all the amenities that you will need to make this a perfect stay. The mattress is a super comfortable mattress with cotton sheets and quilt. Bathroom is a tub/shower combo and there is medicine cabinet and vanity to store your items. Kitchen is stocked with a microwave, coffee pot and small range for your cooking needs. Oil, basic spices, coffee/tea and hot choc are provided. There is a wardrobe closet and cabinet to hang and store your clothing and a lovely small drop-leaf table that can be expanded for computer work or dining. I have high-speed internet and there is a smart TV for your entertainment. If you need to get some laundry done, I have a small laundry room in the back of the building that is either coin or app operated; soap provided.

Practicality Perfect

First of all, the owner is super responsive and helpful. The unit itself is really cute and comfortable with thoughful updates like an extra high shower head for taller folk. The only thing I wished it had was a full length mirror somewhere. The location is easily walkable to campus, several great cafés, restaurants, and shops. I'm sure I'll visit again.

Really a perfect location

This place was perfect for what we needed. It is to the point, it is adorable, and it is located in a superb location. I would probably seek this place out first next time I come.

Nice & convenient

Fine studio, comfy bed, perfect Eugene location with nearby restaurants. A bit of late night yelling from people on the street sadly since close to downtown & 7-11.
