CORNICHE-Ideally located (Allée Blériot in Vaux sur mer), this beautiful holiday home (about 135m² on 990m² of land) from the 80s will lull you with the sound of the waves facing the sea on the cornice between Pontaillac and the Chemin des Douaniers. The 3* listed house is located 100m from the beach of Saint Sordelin. Some rooms as well as the kitchen were renovated during the winter of 2025/2026.
You can stay there with 10 but ideally 8 for more comfort.
The accommodation
The entrance to the plot is through the courtyard in which you can park your vehicles. A large garage will allow you to store your bikes.
The entrance to the house opens onto the very bright living room, facing the sea and with high ceilings.
Table and chairs for eating and a lounge area with sofa, television, internet. Board games available.
The functional kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...).
A 1st bedroom is on the ground floor with a 160 cm bed.
A bathroom (bath) and a separate toilet. A laundry room is also on the ground floor with iron, ironing board, washing machine.
The ground floor, accessible by a spiral staircase, is composed as follows:
- 1 office space with a sofa bed (for 2 people). Please note that there will be no total darkness for those who sleep there; A beautiful sea view at stake.
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds in 90.
- 2 bedrooms each with a 140 cm bed.
- 1 bathroom (shower) with a toilet integrated into the room.
Finally, the exterior surrounded by a large garden provides summer furniture: a table, chairs, a barbecue. It is imperative to respect the area and nocturnal nuisances are not tolerated.
Linen is not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and with an extra charge as well as the beds made. Duvets and pillows available
From 01/11 to 30/03 an electricity contribution of 12 euros per day is required. This does not give the right to leave the electric radiators on with the windows open. Electricity is not a free fluid.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation.

PLEASE NOTE: any arrival after 20:00 and until 22:00 will be charged an additional 30€ on site. FROM 22:00 to 00:00 the arrival will be charged 50€ additional to be paid on site. No departure before 6:00 in the morning.
From 6:00 am to 8:00 am any departure will be charged an additional 30€.
