Villa Fleurs des Pins is an 80-metre walk from Pereire Beach.
We have completely renovated the house in order to best satisfy our tenants.
We attach great importance to your welcome, which is carried out by a very pleasant and experienced person. She will be your contact on site. The house can accommodate 8 people. You will find a double bed in each room. The arrangement of the beds is done as follows: a bedroom with its bathroom on the ground floor, two bedrooms upstairs and sharing a common bathroom, a last bedroom located outside the house in the old garage can be used as a small independent studio with its bathroom.
We have planned work to install air conditioning in the house. This option will be available from August 2026. While waiting for air conditioning, fans are available in the bedrooms.
We hope you have a pleasant holiday in our beautiful villa!

A beautiful home in a great location

This is a beautifully presented house with plenty of space and a lovely swimming pool just a few minutes walk from pristine sandy beaches. The town of Arcachon is 15mins walk or a 5min drive where you’ll find lots of great places to shop, eat and relax. The house is reasonably well equipped for self catering although it could do with a few smaller saucepans and baking trays. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all immaculate and more than big enough for a family to have plenty of space. The living area is nice although there is only one sofa which seats 2-3 people at best. There are other chairs but they are rather uncomfortable bamboo seats. Another sofa is definitely needed to make this a perfect place to unwind for the whole family. One last thing to improve this lovely house - mosquito screens on the window! We were inundated with mosquitos and had to shut all the doors and windows. In the absence of air conditioning, that makes it a very hot house, particularly at night. Insect screens on the windows would allow you to ventilate the bedrooms and lounge without being eaten alive. This is a very very good 4 star house. With the changes above, it will be an excellent 5 star house.
